It's really nice here and it's easy to get too and plenty of parking. There is lots of outdoor seating and I mean a ton. The wines are all pretty good and they also have cider which was very good. The woman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. It's like perfect until you get to checkout and it all falls apart! Things are seriously overpriced. $36 for a six pack of 12oz ciders. Are you kidding me? I expected higher prices for the reds but the whites were over $30. When I can get great California or New Zealand white for 1/2 the price I simply ask why? The place was very busy so someone is buying. Still a very nice visit. We did a couple of flights and sat outside. I would have liked to take home some cider.

Me & a friend stopped here after a day trip in the area. The wine towers (idk if that is what they are called) were a great deal. I got the sweet selection ( it was truly sweet) and my friend got the seasonal menu for hers. My favorite was the Jersey Blueberry wine which I picked up for only ~$12 in the inside the winery! There is indoor & outdoor seating and food trucks. The food trucks are only there certain days, and they have a few food options inside the winery as well like a cheese plate. I got Pita Pete's, my falafel wrap was huge. The owners were so sweet and lovely! I highly recommend their food. My friend got food from the pizza truck as well which was made on the spot and she also enjoyed it.

Food: there are usually food trucks outside so you can order and bring it in the establishment to eat. They also have finger foods to order from. Service/Ambiance : indoor seating was great since it was raining out. Its sort of a walk to the counter and order what you like from the menu and go pick it up yourself self as well Wine: selection of sweets, reds and whites. Of course flights were ordered to get a taste of everything. Wines were just merh !!!! For my liking. Overall I just felt there is too much that I had to do rather than just sit, have a waiter/waitress enjoy wine and good food and walk out happy.

Wine in NJ is hit or miss but wine at William Heritage is always a hit! This is such a beautiful winery set on open space with beautiful and extensive outdoor seating. I do wish that they had more indoor seating for the colder months as it tends to get crowded. To me, William Heritage has some of the best wine I've tasted in NJ from reds, to whites, to roses. My personal favorites are the BDX red and the Chenin Blanc white. More recently they created a red wine cider that is chefs kiss. I enjoy that they have a little more on their food menu than cheese and they often have food trucks. The winery is a perfect place for a date as well as a group outing. The staff is super friendly also!

Heritage Winery is a great winery in the SJ area. I'm a white wine drinker, so I really enjoy their Chardonnay, their Sauvignon Blanc, the Chenin Blanc, and their Proprietor's White Blend. Everyone I know who likes red wine also enjoys it here, I just couldn't tell you which to try! I enjoy coming by on their Vino and Vibes night. Where local artists play live music, and you need to reserve seats usually for this. There are wine flights you can pick from, already created as well. Food trucks are usually here for your to order from too. We've come and sat inside in the rain, we have come by on a busy weekend outside, and have stopped in for a bottle and left. Almost all our experiences were nothing but positive. Glad to have this place around us!

I visited this beautiful winery on a trip to see family! The interior is modern with ample seating. Since we came in November, it was too cold to sit outside. I can only imagine how nice it is in the warmer months! We ordered wine flights and a couple of appetizers. I got the special reserve flight which had limited run William Heritage wines. There was a mixture of red and white wine, all of which were excellent quality. Service was great! Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the different wines. We ordered spinach artichoke dip, which came with tortilla chips and apples. The apples were a little different but painted well with the cheesy dip. We also got a pepperoni cheese bread which was out of this world delicious! It was simple- bread with cheese and pepperoni in the middle. Yum!! I was excited to see that the winery is decorated for Christmas! This is a great place to come to snap a couple photos with family or friends. I'll definitely come back to visit next time I'm in town.

What a beautiful winery! We were never here before today. They had two food trucks, live music and of course WINE! We each decided on a wine flight (I had sweet and my boyfriend had classic) and picked a table to enjoy our afternoon. We ordered burgers and fries from one of the food trucks. Everything was great-the wine, the food, the music, the day! We got there at the right time because the tables (there were lots and lots of tables) were full within a half hour of us getting there. We will definitely be back!

I can't remember how we stumbled upon this place, but from the first visit it has been stellar in every way. Their Chenin Blanc rivals the Biltmore Estate, and I didn't have to drive 9 hours or pay $100 house fee to access the winery. Even though it is two hours from our home, it is always a special journey when we go. Meeting Julia, Tom, and the owner Penni this time has capsulated this place for us forever moving forward. We will always happily make a detour or a designated trip to this wonderful place!

The process is bumpy and unclear. I should have read the last and most recent reviews on this winery. It may be helpful if they have a greeter or host that goes over the process and then lead you into the tasting room. Maybe a queue of sorts so it's clear who's next. You can leave literature about the process, just something better than what's going on today. After standing at the counter for about five minutes someone acknowledged me and said they'll be right with me. OK they were slightly busy and I can roll with it. The person that helped us was nice enough but unlike other wineries they lacked the necessary enthusiasm to encourage me in making a purchase. Based on the mediocrity of the product they need to do a better job of talking it up because the taste and quality is not a driver. The outside ambience is set up nicely spaced out tables with umbrellas. It's the perfect set up for the Thursday night series of wine and music. Since I am not a white wine drinker I can't get a fair critique so I will move on to the Cabernet which I found to be flavorless without body almost watered down. The cheese board and spinach dip was just OK. Overall this was a overpriced bust.

I've been to Heritage a few times and really enjoy their bottles of rosé. My friend and I stopped by for a girls night to do their wine and chocolate tasting. Service was great- our waitress was very nice. There is always a nice vibe in this winery. Unfortunately, we didn't love our flights- they were a little dry for us. But, the chocolates were tasty, and the concept was very cute. We definitely will be back, but I would recommend their sweeter wines!

Lovely winery! Their property is gorgeous and great for a relaxing afternoon samplings wines. I loved the variety of their wine flights and how thoughtful the presentation was. As for the wines themselves while I can't say I had anything mind blowing, all their wines were solid and very drinkable. I will be back in the future.

My typical order is a bottle of wine (varies) and the pepperoni bread which usually runs about $35 for both.

The vintner trusts his gut and handled Chardonnay in a really unique way. Very tart and playful. We brought a bottle of that home alongside the absolutely ridiculous Pumpkin Spice Mulled Wine. Strong reds and whites - which I feel is pretty rare for any vineyard but especially in the PA and NJ area. Usually it's red or whites - both both being solid. Certainly a must visit if in the area. Better and more low key than a lot of vineyards nearby... the hospitality is top notch. Could use slightly larger pours or a larger size tasting flight. A flight amounts to maybe 1.25 glasses of wine. I'd encourage them to be even more distinctive with their varietals. As it stands, they're growing some very unique local varietals. With whites, they're predominantly dry with a hint of lemon (or in the case of the Chardonnay, a burst of lemon). Reds are soft with cherry and vanilla predominantly. There's room for improvement with the reds - possibly growing some bolder varietals to blend with or bottle 100% could bring that change for me. The whites are very good. They also do events in case you're looking for a stellar venue. Good people, good vibe. We'll be back.

The extra covered seating is less upscale, but provides loads of space for big crowds. We came earlier in the afternoon around 1:30pm, when they were first opening. This allowed us to get Adirondack chairs on the patio close to the live music performer. The deck and patio filled up by 3:00pm almost completely. It seemed like 50% had reservations and 50% were walk ups. All the drinks we had were really delicious. There was one bottled sangria, and the rest came in carafes. We tried the blueberry lemonade, strawberry lemonade, and the peach tea. My personal favorite was the strawberry lemonade, but all were great. My cousin tried the wine slushees and seemed to like all three, but didn't finish the strawberry banana. Who knows if it was just all too tasty, maybe?! We also ordered fries and chicken quesadillas from the food truck on site. This was a great addition to our day of sangria tasting and I was surprised at how tasty it was. It did take about 20-25 minutes to come out though. Finally, the staff was very kind and attentive. They come around to pick up empty glasses, but you need to order inside at the bar area. There are two gender neutral bathrooms inside there as well.
