William SWEARINGEN (Bill Swearingen), is one of the biggest crooks I have honestly ever come across. His work is not only poor, it is down right evil. Beware of him and his lowest of life sister, Judy. Judy is the receptionist, book keeper and partner in crime at this Citrus Heights office. After my father signed the dental agreement and handed Judy a paid in full and in advance check, to the tune of $10,000, she had the nerve to snatch up his 14K Gold Parker 51 pen. I had given him the pen on his birthday. The first two months I kept asking about the pen, hoping it would turn up. No such luck. Fortunately the thief did get anxious to use her new item and the theft was confirmed to be the dentist's sister, Judy. She must have assumed it had been long forgotten and started using my father's pen in the office. I did no forget. I asked again months later about if it had been recovered? Jan the nice receptionist, gleefully said "yes we found it, it has been right here, right here?" She tried to locate it as Judy Swearingen was repeating to her " No! No Jan, No, it wasn't here Jan, Jan! NO, IT WAS NOT HERE, JAN!" An Obviously embarrassed Jan, looked horrified and said "I am sorry Britt, I will call you if it turns up."
UNBELIEVABLE! The depth of destruction was far worse than the $2,000 dollar 14K PEN. Let me name a few significant points of dental damage for the simple reason I care about people and this dentist does not. My teeth, my smile, my health and my physical comfort were all damaged heavily by this monster of a dentist. I'm serious! He drilled down my front teeth without taking an Impression of my teeth first. I had a pretty smile and needed a bridge due to one tooth that had issues. He drilled down my teeth without taking a mold of the my teeth. This Is unheard of in the dental field! You need a mold of your old teeth to copy and make new ones in order the new teeth fit and look similiar. Needless to say the new bridge hurts everyday since they were replaced and they do not look anything like my old nice smile and teeth. He also cracked a porcelain crown but forcing it on my tooth. He said very scary voice "YOU DID NOT HERE A CRACK!". I said I am sorry but I did here a crack very loud inside my head? I was in total fear of him the last few appointments and even asked my mom to come in with me into the room while he worked on me because he was getting really mean and I was scared of him. I would have quit him but my dad had paid in advance and I was hoping I did not have to tell him bad news after his generous financial gift of paying my dental bill. I ended up losing my tooth over him, by him putting off the work for a year. Another tooth he put a cap on that needed a root canal. He Just capped over it anyway to leave my tooth to rot. Another one he capped over had a man made round drill hole in it and a file left behind. He also neglected to work on my teeth on the bottom so long that my jaw on the upper right dropped down noticeable lower on that side and effecting my smile permenen He is scary. I had to spend $20,000 to try and recover the damage of my teeth. The worst is that most of the damage is permanent and only some of the work was repairable. To much to list. I can never put my teeth together without it feeling Weird and foreign. I leave my mouth open in order not to feel it. I rarely look in the mirror at my teeth and smile. I try and forget it but it is hard when it is constantly hurting and physically noticeably different for the worst. The years to come will surely be more healthy tooth loss and more money from the small and furious dental sessions, I had with the dentist William Swearingen. A quote said to my boyfriend while he was waiting for me in the dentist's office of Mr Swearingen is from a newer patient while sitting and waiting to be seen is " I never had a cavity until I came here. Now I have to be seen regularly for fillings." The man was around 35 years old. William Swearingen has been sued for Fraud prior to my seeing him. It Is very dIffIcult to file any type of lawsuit against the dentist.
