A doctor's staff can make or break a doctor's business. The staff are all wonderful and know me by name. They remember me and check me in before I even get to the counter. Dr. Willett is amazing and so knowledgeable, she remembers everything about me and makes me so conformable every visit. I am on my 3rd kid with braces - the first 2 went to an Orthodontist office close to the same area...great doctor...but the office staff itself made the experience not great, particularly with the lack of communication and long waits that extended well after our scheduled appointments consistently. With the 1st kid, we figured it was an anomaly, and provided feedback to the doctor and office regarding issues we had encountered; gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought our 2nd kid there, but no change in our experience what so ever 2nd time around. By the 3rd time, we knew we needed to find somewhere that provided better customer service overall, and respected our time as much as we did theirs. Went to Dr. Willett after numerous recommendations, and they did not disappoint. Her staff are some of the most welcoming and helpful people I've encountered yet, always communicating with us regarding appointments, any delays, progression of treatment, and would not hesitate to find an answer for any question thrown their way. Dr. Willett conveyed treatment and timeline, as well as updates through course of treatment so we always knew what was happening, and what my son needed to work on in order to stay on track. The quality of the work she did is tremendous - he is at the tail end of his treatment, and his teeth are looking beautiful. So the Orthodontist herself could be more friendly. She's super dry and doesn't have much personality. Her staff and office is very caring and giving. They have a rewards system and nice office plus convenient since it's close to our home. The instruments have been seen placed on dirty surfaces & then used. I'm a clean freak & this bothered me. My son is in braces now and I wanted to wait to write a review until he finished treatment but if I could go back I would go else where since there are so many orthodontist to choose from! Dental. Dr. Willet she is the best dentist. I'm in my 50's and I had a really bad tooth that was so crooked that some people thought that I had a tongue ring. but i didn't care at first but then it stared to bother me as I was getting older. I met Dr Willet through my daughter she got braces there and she loved it. So I said ok I guess but I didn't think that my tooth could get fixed I was ashamed of my smile I always covered my mouth etc. but I was used to it. So I've been here for almost a year and my tooth is fixed is so straight. I don't remember ever seen my teeth so straight on the bottom. I'm sure I will post pictures of before and after when I'm all done. I just wanted to give her and her staff a 5 star. If I could give more I would. Her office is always so clean and decorated. Her staff are all super friendly and patient. Just like her of course. They always make me feel good and comfortable and now I'm smiling more even though I'm not done I feel amazing already. I made a consult appointment for both of my children on a Wednesday. I had to keep them out of school for the appointment. I took off a day from work. The office sent me a message the morning of the appointment and said they had to reschedule for the following week. This was very inconvenient. I canceled and made an appointment with another orthodontist. It seems their office is very disorganized. read more

Such a nice office, I highly recommend this place for kids. Beauty and the Beast was playing in the waiting area. They checked us in and got us in right away. Very friendly staff. Brenda took us in and started the xrays and showing us the different types of braces, she was very nice and answered all our questions thoroughly. Dr. Willett is amazing! I was a patient of hers about 10 years ago when she worked magic on my smile. & I have nothing but great memories of my visits to her office. More recently my younger sister finished treatment with her about 8 months ago & her smile is just as beautiful as can be. Please think twice about spending your money up front with Dr. Willett for braces or invisalign. What they don't tell you is that it is incredibly difficult to get an appointment for your child's follow-up visits. She does not work most Fridays, and her office is often "closed" during times when families have breaks in the school calendar when Mom or Dad/Child have time to take care of health and dental appointments. I have never encountered a dental/medical provider who has such a poor focus on customer service ! read more
