Steve picked me up from Safford Arizona at 2:30 am to take me to Tucson International airport. He…read morewas right on time. He is a very nice guy. Personable. Has lots of fun stories. It's hard to find taxi services in Safford, AZ since we're pretty remote. It's a 2 hour drive. I highly recommend Steve for your next adventure.

I emailed in February Steve inquiring an airport pickup for my son in May. Steve promptly contacted…read moreme to answer all my questions and helped me with the booking. I received a confirmation email immediately after the super easy booking process. Two days before the date of pickup, I received a 2nd confirmation email. The day before, Steve called to make sure my son knew where to meet up and other details. On the arrival day, my son's flight was delayed 3+ hours (arrival time changed 4-5 times), but Steve was there when the flight finally arrived and waited an additional 40 minutes while my son retrieving his check-in luggage. Before dropping off my son to his Airbnb, per my request, Steve drove him around the neighborhood to see where and what stores are around with no extra charges. He also gave my son some safety tips about living in Tucson. When they arrived at the apartment, he did not just drop my son off - he unloaded the luggage and then waited until my son was able to get into his apartment. I am a "worrier", but Steve relieved my anxiety of my son's out-of-state on-his-own trip with his excellent service. He really went far above and beyond for his welcome pickup service. We highly recommend his company. -- Same review was also posted on Google

Second year attending. This festival is awesome. People are super friendly. Lots of wonderful…read morewine tasting booths! Quite a few vendors selling other items. There was only one food truck on site, Mexican food, we actually ate at the brick and mortar restaurant the next day. Too bad there weren't more for more variety. There were a few food items available via vendors other than the food truck. The tasting rooms along Railroad Park are also open which was a huge plus. There was also live music and it was really good! There are limited places to stay if staying town, so I would book early if staying in Willcox. We stayed at the Motel 6 in town and it was basic but nice. There are also few vineyards and "dive" bars in town as well as a couple of pretty good restaurants. There were a couple cons....it was hot! - Mid 90s made for a few hours of being really uncomfortable and there is not enough shaded seating -- I would recommend bringing your own chairs just in case so you can set up on the lawn area, maybe a couple of umbrellas too. Also be aware if you purchase the beer tasting tickets. Beer tasting is separate from the Willcox Wine Festival and is actually there through the Chamber of Commerce and it's just one stand with some different beers, a canned margarita, and a canned vodka. Cans are also sold at 5$ each. All in all I would recommend checking it out if you get the chance. We always make a fun trip out of it and have a good time every time, would totally recommend and will be back next year!

Sadly the official website has much to despair. No map of wineries. Website had issues including needing update as of the 1st day. Will not bother again, but will visit favorite wineries which rival Sonoma & Napa regions.
