All was organized quickly and efficiently - you can tell that this company knows what they are doing - very professional. I am very grateful. It ambles along with a shimmy and shake through beautiful scenery over remarkable terrain. Side trips are in rural areas with rough, often dirt, roads. We appreciated the small, rather rugged, touring vans. That being said it is worth every shake and bump. CBX is a GREAT crossing. (I recommend staying in San Diego rather than Otay Mesa as there are very limited services, like restaurants, available.) TIJ is a beautiful, modern, efficient airport. LMM is also a fine airport and the guide(s) had us on our way in no time. The guide and drivers were knowledgeable, personable and professional. Full of details and history each excursion was a delight. Helpful and concerned, our guide followed up and worked through a medical emergency in the group. It was not a foodie experience. The included meals were adequate though uninteresting for the most part. We enjoyed the whole experience.

Update as of 9/19/2018:…read more This update in review is thanks to the terrible experience I had with this company during my recent trip. My flight arrived on schedule and I barely had to wait 10minutes for my bag. That's where I ran out of luck. Granted it's not much, I walked the length of the Tucson airport, convinced I was missing something as I couldn't find the Stagecoach airport kiosk that was always there during past visits. I found a phone number on the email confirmation of my reservation and was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the call immediately and asked where I was waiting in the airport and told me to stay put ( in front of baggage claim) and inquired what I was wearing so as to convey to the driver who would meet me in 5minutes. Well the "5minutes" turned to 1.5 HOURS... during which I made multiple calls to this number inquiring about the whereabouts of the driver who was to meet me. What was most infuriating was the fact that on my last call, the person answering the phone HUNG up on me, the minute I identified myself... never have I received such poor customer support... Finally when I saw a stagecoach vehicle pull up across the street, I walked over to it and inquired to the driver. He asked me to please go back into the airport. By then there was quite a few others also waiting - in another part of the airport. The driver called the company to ask if he can take us to the hotel as we were all attending the same conference at a local hotel. And while clarifying the names of the customers he had with him, he clearly said I was the customer waiting for over an hour as he left early on his previous trip. And even after saying this aloud much to the shock of not just me, but all our fellow passengers, there was not even the slightest hint of an apology!! It was incredibly frustrating to know that this driver and whoever he was talking to knew fully well that they left a passenger waiting at the airport and nobody had the basic courtesy to inform me that the next shuttle will be over 1.5 hours out. If they had at least conveyed an accurate ETA for the next shuttle, I could have grabbed a quick bite and used the restroom at the airport... instead I was left hanging. I only wanted to cancel my reservation and get an uber to my destination and even that was not possible as I could get a hold of them to cancel my booking. After reaching my destination, I had to call them multiple times every day for THREE days straight, before I received my refund. Never will I make the mistake of using this company and will highly recommend NOT using their unreliable services to anyone hoping to reach their destination on time.

It turned out the delay was picking up her daughter. She didn't know the quickest route, called her Father for directions! But there were more delays: She had to stop for gas! My Husband almost didn't make his flight (not another for 3 days ) Driver told him "not to have a heart attack". He's 79 years old. The stress really almost did him in. The manager has not returned my calls. I wanted an explanation of this debacle.

We arrived to Courtland on a Sunday morning at 10 am. My sister (and her family), my parents, and my family were greeted by Michael and Cindy. They ensured we were properly prepared for our adventure. Anything lacking, Michael had extras. As we walked down the from the outdoor gazebo, my sister found a dime from 1900; her find was promptly photographed. We learned that the dime and her name would be added to the Courtland museum. We made our way into downtown Courtland, the adults were treated to a history lesson while the three children went with Cindy on a scavenger hunt. Cindy had many surprises for the kids as they built up their rock collections. While on our walk we saw evidence of ancient Hohokam presence in Courtland. The tour ended with a visit into an old mine. We then set up lunch in the gazebo and enjoyed time with the family. As our day wrapped up, Michael had one more surprise. The Gleeson jail was open this weekend, we had one more stop. On our way to the jail, we detoured and Michael showed us where the Courtland cemetery was. Our adventure into Courtland was amazing. My entire family was impressed with the history and activities. Thank you Michael and Cindy for taking such great care of us all.

We did the tour and tailing collecting $40 got our money worth. They also have turquoise tour/collecting monthly. Worth the money to go and collect. Thanks Mike for a wonderful day.

Didn't see wildlife like bats but saw their presence in the black goop on the walls. Apparently, people used to cut off a piece of the rock formation as a souvenir. I am claustrophobic and let Adam know and he was very understanding and encouraging. He definitely helped me feel at ease and I was able to finish the entire tour. Adam is very passionate about caving and it really shows. We've been in multiple caves and on tours so I wasn't sure if this would be anything special. It absolutely was and I was pleasantly surprised. There were a few activities we got to do that I haven't ever experienced before like playing "drums" on stalactites and "painting" on the wall with a flashlight. We learned a lot about the history of the cave and heard some interesting and fun stories. We also got to explore a little bit on our own here and there off to the sides of the path which my husband really enjoyed. The ladder part is at the end and it was a lot of fun and almost like an obstacle course. We had a great time here and I'm really glad we came!
