The park is easy to maneuver the rig around the turns, even if the toad is still attached. We were concerned about the freeway noise but it was never an issue. The park is so clean and inviting. We will definitely return! Be sure to visit Tirrito Farm Vineyards. They have a great charcuterie board and lunch. If you are up to driving about 45 minutes further visit the sandhill cranes at Whitewater Draw in early morning or late afternoon to see hundreds of the cranes as they feed at the wetlands.

Our first stay we had a minor hiccup with our water on spot 30 not working. I was a little surprised they didn't do anything to make up for it but honestly the rest of the stay there was really nice. The are strict on shutting down the pool and hot tub at 8 pm sharp! The restaurant while a bit high especially on drinks was so good! The things in the KOA store were a little higher than Walmart but most are. The internet was around 75Mb/30Mb and extremely stable even at the back side of the park. On our stay the next time on the way back the young girl got us a little better spot closer to the laundry and showers for our trouble the first time with the water. I would highly recommend this spot if you need a KOA for an RV.

Have been here a few months. Not only is it super close to work its quiet. The ladies in the office…read moreare amazing. The amenities are pretty neat for an rv park in my opinion.

The company I work for told me to go to this park as they had worked out a discount rate…read more I rented a space and moved in.First ofc had a lot of trouble getting Amazon to deliver to my space, the park wouldn't help at all. I finally made up a sign and put it in front of my trailer and it started working out. Then I found out I was responsible for mowing the weeds on my space. Whoat construction worker carries a lawn mower and a weed eater? Just another way for them to get into your pocket. My electric bill went from a reasonable 50-55 dollars a month to over $100-110 a month for a 8 x 30 trailer. I know people with 4 bedroom homes that don't pay that. I complained but to no availI was there for about 9 months, never missed or was late on my rent. Then I get a notification from the manager that my check came back said insufficient funds. I had over $3000 in the account. Immediately, no consideration for the fact that I had been a long standing loyal Tennant the manager sent me an email and said I owed $35.00 for an insufficient funds check and a late fee of $25.00. Well it ended up that the check was not declined for insufficient funds. It was a bank error, but I will tell you these people did not cut me an ounce of slack. They came at me hard like I was some kind of low life that didn't pay his rent on time and did this sort of thing all of the time. These people are disgusting human beings. And on top of all of this they did this during the coronavirus pandemic. They have no consideration for anyone, they are not courteous, they are after the almighty dollar and will screw you trying to get it. I would stay away from this low end park. There are many other options. Joyce the manager won't respond to your emails or texts. Walter the owner must live in lala land, or maybe California. He strikes me as being one of those type of people, you know the California type. A real low end park stay away.
