A simple apology goes a long way and why would you not make a change to the tag? The store was completely dead and the cashier was distracted on her personal electronic device. It's no wonder people shop online now days. I went to the shelf again after the transaction was complete and the cashier yells across the store, "hey can you bring me that tag? " what a joke, I took the photo and walked out. I have had way too many poor experiences with this store from waiting on repairs for 1 year to employees breaking my new shotgun as I was picking it up. Good luck Sportsman's!

We go to checkout and the price doesn't reflect on what they were advertising it for so we call for assistance at self checkout with an older lady named Patty. Patty asks us what the item was priced at and we tell her $10. She then rolls her eyes and says "$10 ?" Like a 'yeah, okay' response. She says she'll need to verify the price but then says she can't leave the checkout and tells us her supervisor says the price it rang up as was correct. I go back & take a picture of the item and shelf because Patty basically just called me a liar & go to self checkout to see someone named Mia. Mia checks the item for us and sees that the price isn't matching up either and I show her the picture I took of the fully stocked shelf of the toy & price. Mia tells me that someone stocked the toy under the wrong tag and that the price is listed for an 'LOL' toy that isn't even there. She didn't honor her advertised price & I decide to take my business elsewhere after being treated poorly. Several stores didn't have any in my size and one store clearly didn't even know what motion control shoes were. Anyway, the guys there clearly know running, had several good options for me to try in 14 and even a few in 15. They encouraged me to run around outside in any of them, and were just generally friendly and helpful. The price was slightly higher (straight MSRP) than something online or at a super store, but I expected that and was glad to pay it. It certainly wasn't a crazy high price or anything. I'm sure I'll be coming back over the coming years.

The only good thing that came out of the visit was the cashier told me to go to your store.. I called and asked if they had any size 14's. They said they did.
