In the initial messages I was told, the fix price ($160) includes the whole house. I only needed the downstairs cleaned (after a tenant) because my parents were coming for a month to stay there, and I ran out of time for a deep cleaning of the place. I told Will he doesn't need to worry about or touch any of the 2 bedrooms, hallway, livingroom, but I really needed a deeper cleaning of the bathroom and a tiny kitchen area (more like a bar with a sink and a fridge). I stayed a little bit, we talked, then I went upstairs to clean there myself. He was there for a few hours, I heard him occasionally speaking on the phone with someone. When he finished, he told me the bathroom grout is not cleanable, i should make it white by painting it with a grout marker. For the kitchen sink, he advised me to get a stainless steel cleaner ( I guess to clean it myself after he left, but I thought a cleaning service should include cleaning products and to come prepared and actually clean things) and that he didnt have time to clean the inside of the small, empty fridge. I paid him the money, but I already saw I have to clean, but I didn't want confrontation. When I walked through the place, the cleaning liquid was dripping from the shower ceiling, he forgot to wipe it off. The bathroom window and windowsill was left dirty. The bathroom floor was not cleaned, because the corners had accumulated dirt left behind, as well as behind the toilet and along the vanity. There was dust and crumbs on the hardwood behind the fridge very visible, and the floor was not cleaned, because if it was, it wouldnt have stayed dusty. He did not clean the inside of the fridge indeed, but since the top and the door was dirty (it is a black fridge, so easy to see dust), nor did he clean the outside. Considering he didnt have to clean anything else but those 2 tiny areas, this was a rip-off, maybe I was too nice and he thought I don't care and it's easy money. I don't know what he was doing for those few hours, but I felt cheated, because it was very hard to afford the $160, but I thought it was going to be worth it to save time I didnt have. But I ended up cleaning everything myself. I took pictures to send him the next day, but I felt there was no point. read more

Being a single working woman with a place of my own, it's often hard to juggle work, house chores and some semblance of a social life! After realizing my place could never be as clean as I'd like it to be, I finally decided to hire a cleaning service. Will is responsive, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I had him clean the highest traffic areas (living room, kitchen and bathroom) and he stayed roughly an hour or so longer to ensure the rooms were spic and span and neorganized. His rates are more than reasonable for the quality you get. I just wish I'd taken before and after pictures! Definitely recommend! read more

I asked for a general cleaning session in one bedroom and an office, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and 1.5 bathrooms. One of the conditions was that things would NOT be rearranged for the reasons of accessibility/disability. The first visit with Will alone didn't go well, but I was willing to give them another chance to ensure that it was not a communication issue on my part. The following time Valerie came, and she did a much better job. The last time both Will and Valerie came, and I am not giving them any more chances. The cleaning session was scheduled for 12:30, but they only arrived at 13:45 without any prior communication, explanations or apologies. I gave them a heads up that I had a work meeting in the office at 15:30, so their cleaning should be structured somehow to get done with the office before the meeting. Unfortunately, they left the office until the very end when my meeting had already started, hence they could not clean that room. Although Val offered to return the following day to get it done, it did not work for me. While overall, things were relatively clean (return nosing on the stairs always escaped them for some reason), they were also heavily reorganized against my wishes. Examples: the bathroom is rectangular, the mat in the bathroom is also rectangular, but Will turned it sideways, and it was all bunched up on the sides; containers and baskets were lifted off the floor for vacuuming, but they were never placed back on the ground; small furniture was switched places everywhere-- it's like Will never learnt that square pegs don't go into round holes. It really defeats the purpose to have a professional crew if I have to walk all around the house for the next week returning things to where they should be and finding misplaced items in the most peculiar places. In total, they spent 2 hours, did NOT clean the office, although I gave them a notice about it, and still charged $170. The charging scale is very unclear (based on time spent cleaning? or number of rooms? etc?), as they've thrown around other numbers previously. Finally, there was a very distinct smell of BO from Will. NOT disability friendly. read more

I needed a major deep clean on a two-family home after the tenants left which was absolutely filthy, disgusting and grotesque and caked with set-in dust, smoke and mold. I found William on Yelp when I requested quotes and he was very responsive to my messages, which is the reason I hired him. William and another colleague (sorry, I forgot her name!) came at 5pm and did not leave until close to midnight to get the 2nd floor cleaned (yes, it was that filthy!). They were fantastic in getting all the grime, dirt and mold out of the apartment. Very meticulous and cleaned everything they saw. I'll be calling them back to finish cleaning the rest of the house, but after seeing the results of the first apartment, we are very, very happy with William and his company. And the cost was so reasonable for the amount of work they put in. Don't hesitate to contact them if you need a real deep clean or any other cleaning job. You won't be disappointed. read more

Before moving into my new apartment I hired Will Clean Services. He did a great job getting my apartment ready for move in especially since this was a new construction. Just wanted to do a quick update! During these COVID times, it's great to have a cleaner! The company offers a disinfectant spraying service which I've added to my biweekly home clean.
