Related to this, they put on a tire and charged me over twice the quoted price, without discussing this with me. When I saw the invoice and complained about the tire price, became irate, and would not consider an adjustment. This was in January of 2016. It is now April 2017 and he is still not done. I made it perfectly clear I wanted it in 3 months for summer 2016 and was guaranteed by Jason the owner that it would be done. However he tore it all apart then it sat for 10 months or so then they slow started working on it when they didn't have other jobs to due that Jason scheduled instead of working on mine. even the mechanic working on it is frustrated that he keeps putting it off and not letting him get it done. This is over a $30,000 job. This is a horrible business and would not recommend ever coming here unless you never want to see your vehicle done, all Jason does is lie to get peoples business. Nothing like paying a car payment of $700 a month & insurance on a vehicle that you never get to drive.DO NOT EVER HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON BY MAXED OUT. So, I dropped my car off at Lithia for diagnostics. They weren't able to get to the car until the following Tuesday which was understandable because on the holiday. On Tuesday morning, I was given a quote from Lithia for $7,800 to fix my problem. I was charged $109 for the diagnostics. I explained to Lithia that I needed a second opinion due to the size of the estimate. I picked up my car and went straight to Babcock's Garage. They were so nice to me. I was treated with respect from moment one. My VW was completely repaired for........... $497.00. Need I say more? I would recommend this garage to anyone, especially VW owners. I have nothing but praises to say for this garage. Thank you.
