For our main course, my wife chose the Beef Wellington, which is a weekend special. Neither of us had tried this before, and we both thought it was very good. It's served over mashed potatoes, and there is a sauce you pour over it. It's honestly big enough for two, and we brought some home for lunch the next day. I ordered the ribeye broadway style, which has lump crab meat and Ponchartrain sauce over it. The ribeye was very good, cooked perfectly. And for a shared side, we tried the potato volcano, which is a very interesting and flavorful take on loaded mashed potatoes. Because it was our anniversary, the restaurant provided us with a complimentary chocolate torte, which was very good. I also tried one of their mocktails, which was fantastic. The overall vibe of the restaurant was nice, but the music was a bit too loud for my taste, especially during the dinner/happy hour rush. It was also extremely hot outside, so sitting on the patio wasn't really an option. We took advantage of the happy hour menu and ordered two sushi rolls, which made the meal very reasonably priced. As a vegan, I also ordered the Tofu Bowl. It was good, but honestly nothing particularly memorable. The tofu didn't seem to be seasoned, and there was only a light drizzle of teriyaki sauce over the rice, so I ended up adding soy sauce for more flavor. While that dish didn't really impress me, the restaurant has several other vegan options that I'd be interested in trying next time. Overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent if you're heading to a Reds game, and The Banks is a beautiful area to walk around before or after. We wouldn't go out of our way to eat here, but we'd definitely consider stopping by again and giving another menu item a chance.

The filets were cooked perfectly to order, well seasoned & melted in your mouth like butter. The accompanying Potatoes Anna were so delicious! I found myself wishing for a much larger portion of them because they were buttery, garlicky perfection. The haricot verts & roasted carrots were also tasty. Our daughter got the swordfish & ate every bite on her plate, saying it was amazingly delicious. They have several options for dessert, many of which are made in-house. We all got dessert, with the pots de creme being the stand out choice for two of us. My husband got the sorbet & loved it. The French Pressed coffee was superb - extremely flavorful & rich without bitterness. I ended up having two cups very late in the day because it was THAT GOOD. Prices are on par with other restaurants of the same caliber. Service is exceptional. It was about a 90 minute drive for us, through heavy rains & flooded streets, & it was worth it.
