Excellent selection of books, CDs, DVDs, and all kinds of other interesting things to borrow. They're VERY generous with their return date policies, too. Staff empties the return box often, with a quick return of materials to the correct racks, without issues. A VERY relaxing and nice place to cool off at, ESPECIALLY during the HOT summer season. Great programs for the entire family to participate in, too. There's a new Children's Center expansion building under construction on the north side of the main building underway, opening sometime in the Fall. The BIG Veteran's Park to the east is perfect for fresh air and exercise, with the most BEAUTIFUL patch of green grass I've ever seen, and a HUGE, open view of the Temecula Valley skyline. We attended the "animal talk" with guests LLC Reptile this month and the employee refused to use a microphone for over half an hour because he legit said "he's never used one before and didn't know how it worked" and with way too many kids and parents packed in that room, you couldn't hear anything. Library employees let it get out of hand, let children stand up so everyone behind them couldn't see and just couldn't control the noise level. It wasn't a fun experience and my kids begged to go half way through because it was just talking and barely any interaction. This is just feedback that you can hopefully take to improve on your next event. PLEASE think about passing out tickets (like the other locations) to control how many people can enter. We were there waiting 30 minutes prior, reading inside and we were almost the last ones in because we didn't know a mob had already formed blocking the entire entrance. The sad part was your entire parking lot was packed and vehicles were parked up and down the street for this event and all I heard were kids and parents complaining that they couldn't see/hear anything. We've also been to a craft day where because we sat at a back table, they ran out of the craft before they got to us which is strange since there weren't that many people there. Again, think about being more prepared or just limit how many people can join an event so everyone can have fun and feel included.

it's a bit sketchy and in a bit sketchy area. the building itself is super cute. when we came…read moreinside it was kinda underwhelming but it's been a long time since i've been to a small library like this. it had plenty of children books, didn't get a chance to see the adult section. we had a fussy baby with us. after about ten minutes he was too fussy to be in there so we went back to the car while my nieces read their books. after a while my sister gave me a phone call while she was inside the library and the security guard was extremely rude to her to tell her to get off the phone. my sister wasn't being loud or anything she was just making sure we were okay. i may visit again as it's the closest library to me but if i have another bad experience i may just go out of my way to find a better library.

The schedule, accessibility to the classwork and all the assistance the counselors provide have been great. All three professors have been awesome in their own way. I've learned a lot. The counselor does call to check up on me so maybe I am the only one receiving special treatment. I will continue to attend this school until I see what some people are talking about.

Currently taking on my MBA at the University of Phoenix- Murrieta Learning Center and have nothing but good things to say about this place. The Student Resource Center is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Beats driving all the way to the library and dealing with a ton of people there any day! Another awesome perk, is that this resource center has an industrial coffee machine for the students. This coffee machine is like your own personal Starbucks-- Except its free! I'm grateful to have found out about it and now is my main library. It's closer to my home and staff there are so nice (staff at Sun City were amazing too). I am only writing this review to say T H A N K Y O U to an MSJC employee by the name of DIANA C. (her emails say "Veterans Resource Specialist"). I believe she is located at main MSJC campus...but the point is-----THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL HUMAN BEING. It is easy (for most people) to be nice when things run smoothly, but this person communicated with us through some VERY TOUGH moments and always remained positive, kind, thoughtful, professional, and PATIENT, and did everything she said she would do. She recognized our frustrations yet also represented MSJC professionally.
