The quality of the merchandise is good, but the customer service and administrative support are among the worst I've experienced. If everything goes smoothly, you may be satisfied. However, if there's a problem with your order, don't expect timely communication or follow-up. Weeks went by without any updates, and multiple emails and phone calls were ignored. After waiting more than two months for a product that was never delivered, I canceled the order and requested a refund. Throughout the process, it seemed no one knew where my order was or what stage it was in. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service turned what should have been a simple transaction into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. The nasty email from a woman whom I never spoken with (it was a gentleman who was pleasant but ineffective) who didn't have all the information on my circumstances was the last straw in an overall tedious tranaction. I reordered 2 of the 3 items from my original order with other suppliers. They were received in great condition - and quickly! Follow up to company comment : this woman received misinformation from her employee and I don't recognize most of what she's been told. I've never spoken to her before. Briefly, I returned two items at my own expense with no reimbursement. Each of the 3 items I ordered were over $99 w/ free shipping - so they did ship 2 (3rd one never came after over 2 mos) and 1 replacement. The comment came from my daughter and I requested to return for another. That was approved and I paid the shipping to return in good condition. I emailed well before the replacement was shipped to switch the item and followed up w/ a phone messages. As was the case throughout, there was no response until I received the wrong item. I paid to have it returned. I'll let the rest of the response speak for itself in terms of what to expect for customer service. read more

Responding to Brenda the owner who said my USPS package was returned because the address was bad. If that's the case, then their situation is even more dire. The email confirmation of the shipment contained the correct address. So how did their process, which knew my correct mailing address, get mis-addressed? Brenda's response also doesn't address the poor communication - the promised calls that never occurred. I found the same item cheaper elsewhere online. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wildlife Wonders and would strongly caution others to document everything if they order from this company. On June 16, 2026, I purchased the "Walk About Bear Grand Sculpture" for $150 as a Father's Day gift. The listing described the sculpture as approximately 11.3" H x 24.8" W x 10.1" D. After the order had still not shipped nearly a month later, I contacted Wildlife Wonders on July 11. They apologized for the delay and said it would ship promptly. It finally shipped on July 15 and arrived at my dad's home on July 21. The problem: what he received was nowhere near the size of what I ordered. The sculpture he received fit entirely in one hand and appeared to be only around 5 inches. I contacted Wildlife Wonders the same day, sent a photo of the item received, sent a screenshot of the product I purchased, and asked them to confirm the mistake and provide return instructions. Instead, they repeatedly insisted that they do not sell a smaller version and later asked for a photo of the shipping box, which my dad had already recycled. I continued following up on July 31, August 5, and August 9. I repeatedly explained that I had already provided a photo of the incorrect item. After weeks without a resolution, I filed a dispute through PayPal. PayPal told me I could receive a refund if I paid to ship the incorrect item back myself. I asked whether the seller could provide a prepaid label because I did not think my dad should have to go to the post office and pay out of pocket to return an item he never ordered. PayPal said they could not require the seller to pay for return shipping. They told me my best option was to work with Amex, the card issuer I used for the purchase. I made another attempt to resolve the issue directly with Wildlife Wonders on August 31. Their response was to accuse me of making false claims, switching products, and attempting to defraud them. I then showed them a reverse-image search indicating that the item we received appeared to be another sculpture from the same artist, making a warehouse mix-up completely plausible. They continued denying that they could have sent the wrong item and stopped responding. The most remarkable part came during my American Express dispute. Wildlife Wonders submitted its own shipping documentation to Amex. That documentation shows that the package they sent to my dad measured only 6.75" x 5.25" x 5.25" and weighed 14.1 ounces. The sculpture I purchased was listed as 24.8 inches wide. A 24.8-inch sculpture cannot physically fit inside a package whose longest side is 6.75 inches. Their own evidence therefore appears to confirm exactly what I had been telling them since the day the package arrived: the item they shipped was not the item I purchased. I was always willing to return the incorrect item. I simply wanted the product I paid for or a refund and a reasonable way to return what was mistakenly sent. What should have been a straightforward fulfillment mistake turned into more than two months of emails, accusations, payment disputes, and an unresolved $150 charge. Based on my experience, I would strongly, strongly recommend no one spends their hard earned money with these scammers. Enjoy their responses below still refusing to take accountability :) Can't wait for their next crazy response to this updated review on 9/30. read more

Wildlife Wonders - evidence that item hasn't even got to courier and the owner of the company clearly lies and blames the customer when they complain - Home Decor Near Me - Austin, Texas

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I placed an order in mid-March for a birthday gift and still haven't received it months later. The staff has been completely unhelpful and even misled me--claiming not once, but twice, that the item had been "re-shipped," yet providing no tracking information or follow-up. I've had to contact them multiple times just to get updates on my missing order. Instead of resolving the issue by re-shipping the item or issuing a refund, they refused to do either and shifted the blame onto the courier. At this point, the lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a first-time customer, I expected far better service--especially from a family-run business. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for something you never receive, particularly when it was advertised with "three-day shipping." I would strongly caution others against ordering from this fraudulent company. read more

I placed an order on March 4 for my husband's birthday based on the website indicating the item is available and will ship in 2 days. My order status still says "in fulfillment " on March 18. I've called and emailed 5 times with no response. It seems I agree with others that this business may not be legitimate. If I don't hear back this week I'll call my credit card company and initiate a dispute. Fingers crossed as we loved the pieces we chose! Happy to update my rating if this gets resolved. read more

All negative reviews on Trustpilot and Better Business Bureau are true. Communication is virtually nonexistent, with initial email not responded to and a published customer service number that leads nowhere. When email contact finally made I was accused of lying in my attempts to reach them within 30 minutes of placing an order when I discovered they were an unreliable third party vendor, not the company I thought I was ordering from. They are unprofessional, nasty, and dishonest. Made no attempt to work issue out but blamed me, and refused full refund when wrong merchandise eventually was received and returned at my full expense. Stay away from this company! read more

BEWARE we ordered a $149 gift item which never arrived. Wish I'd done more research before purchasing something from this company.....purchased glass clamshell bowl in May, showed in stock and would be delivered in about a week. It is June 17th and nothing. After repeated calls, always to be told it was either just about to be shipped or had just been shipped and a tracking number would be forthcoming - nothing ever showed up. Now when I call the number given, it goes to voicemail - have tried four consecutive days. Finally called credit card company and cancelled the sale and had money put back into my account. My advice.....DO NOT order anything from this site - horrible communications, horrible customer service, and if that weren't enough - the merchandise never showed up. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I placed and order in October 6, 2025 (#134900) for a statue of an angel holding a cat. Then they left a message telling me that the artist have to make it and that was when the ordeal began. Back and forward emailing them and always saying "it will be shipping soon." I was willing to wait until March because I wanted it to place it in my late daughter's memorial this Spring..... and now when I want my refund they are no answering my phone calls and emails requesting my refund. I hope I get my refund. read more

The only thing this company did right was charge my credit card. Since then, I have spoken with them twice and was told the item had shipped. Not surprisingly, no tracking number was ever issued. Also email twice and to the order status and never received a response. I should have checked the reviews prior to purchase. I fail to see how a company can operate this was and remain in business. Hopefully, they won't. I've disputed the charge with my credit card and will let the process complete itself. I would urge anyone reading this to please look else where. read more

The company charged my account two months ago for a piece of artwork and did not tell me until after they charged me that the item was out of stock. They spent over a month telling me the item was in customs. Then said that they had gotten the wrong item and then still have not given a refund for the item. The company is either a scam or has terrible Customer Service. Either way I would not use them. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I wish I had taken the time to read the on-line reviews of this company prior to ordering from them, as unfortunately, the Google AI Overview sums up my experience in describing this company as a "disreputable business" and "a company that engages in fraudulent practices." I have been trying to contact them for over a month to return an order, but my multiple emails and voice messages have gone unanswered and completely ignored. I was fortunate enough to get someone on the phone once, who said he would send details on how to return the order, but of course, that never materialized. Buyer Beware... best to move on and buy from someone else. read more

Beware beware beware. We purchased two chairs from them in July 2025. At first they said it would be delayed. Seemed reasonable but we have found in nearly a year and we have many times expressed in phone calls and emails that we want our money back. We dont want these chairs that have taken nearly a year to be available. We want our money back and while they keep claiming they will refund us it never appears on our credit card. Just two weeks ago we had an exchange with them yet again and they promised the refund that never appears. Read the reviews folks and steer clear. Better Business has at least 60 complaints against them. No honest person runs a business like this. Judge for yourself and head for the hills holding onto your wallet. read more

If possible, I would leave zero of five stars. This place is a scam. I ordered book ends three months ago and was told it would be 3 to 5 day business shipping. In order for you to file a libel case against me, you need to prove that my intent with my review was false and malicious, neither is true. All information provided here and on my BBB complaint are 100% true of your business's practices. 1. After ordering the basset hound statue on September 1st, I received 2 emails notifying me that my order was placed and was promised a tracking number. 2. After several days, I attempted to contact you via phone (left a voicemail) and through email. I received no response. This was in an attempt to get the promised tracking information. 3. I left a factual Yelp review of my experience in order to get attention as I saw this was the only outlet where your company responded to its customers. 4. The follow-up updates to this review shows our communications. You stated that this statue was on time to be received by the end of October, I was elated because you'd finally given me a date. I inferred your responses may be AI generated (bot) as your responses to all of your customers on here are very similar in your tactics to play the victim and claiming extortion for requesting a refund through the proper channels (i.e. PayPal) for undelivered products. 5. We had conversations via the PayPal and Better Business Bureau sites. Your tactics remained the same, only now you've claimed the order was canceled and I'd received a refund already. Neither seems to be true because I've received no indication of such from your company via email or from PayPal. Nor has my account been credited. 6. You claimed to have re-routed the statue to your warehouse after I initiated a claim through PayPal on November 12th. 7. I escalated the claim on November 23rd to receive a refund the order that I never received. 8. You have now threatened to sue me for libel/defamation on three platforms (BBB, PayPal, Yelp). I assume this is to intimidate me to give up the case and my claim to the $448.00 I paid for that statue. Update: PayPal reviewed the case and refunded me. read more

Updated: 12/30/24 Company continues to threaten customers with court cases. I would gladly go to court. Sadly it's just threats as their lawyer has not contacted us. We are patiently waiting. Company does not respect truthful reviews. PS, send the paperwork straight to me as I am counsel. If not, stop harassing us and everyone else or I will take it upon myself and file civil suit against you in favor of all the people who have already contacted me. Stop taking people's money and not delivering goods. This is a crime in America! Pictures for email chats are posted as proof this company doesn't reply until you write a bad review. Updated: 12/29/24 The company lies about everything. Buyer beware! SIX WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT VASE! ZERO REFUND FOR MY $20 PAYMENT OF TWO DAY SHIPPING. I do not want an apology, I would like my refund for two day shipping that did not happen the first time or the second time. I paid for two day shipping, the wrong vase arrived many days later. The second order took six weeks! Be honest Brenda, we all know you just work there for PR. But tell the truth. Stop blaming the customers for your companies issues! Reviews are here so people can see exactly how you act. Over twenty people have had similar issues in the past year. Bye Brenda! I will not remove this review and I will not reply any further. By the way my name is Stephanie not Shawn. This is seriously just sad.... Ordered a vase, wrong vase sent and arrived later than the two day shipping that was paid for. Six weeks later after many emails, phones calls that were never answered, and filing with the better business bureau, they did finally sent the correct vase. Six weeks later..... Never got an apology in an email or from a phone call. Never received a refund for the $20 some extra dollars that was paid for two day shipping. The only thing you get from this business is threats and blame. Avoid at all costs unless you don't mind waiting for weeks and months for your item with zero customer service. This is my honest review. Lesson learned, read the reviews before you order! read more

Ordered 2 in stock sculptures on June 9th. Was emailed receipt and told I would received tracking when shipped. Followed up on June 14the with an email inquiry. On June 16th, I received this email: Hi Darren, I'm so sorry for the delay. The two sculptures will be shipping out tomorrow. We will send you the tracking information as soon as they ship. If there is anything additional I may do to assist you, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks, Van Okay, no tracking sent that week. Called on Tuesday, June 24th, and was told they did not know why it had not shipped yet and that person would personally talk with the owner and it would be shipped on Wednesday. WARNING: Adding a forewarning to anyone thinking of buying from this company to run. If you leave a bad review they threaten legal action and will never take accountability. Feel like I'm watching a boomer get into a Facebook fight with everything they don't agree with. I'd laugh if it weren't so pathetic. Wish I could give them a zero. I ordered a spaniel wine pourer from them and they sent a Labrador pourer instead. I sent the photo proof and they tried to gaslight me, outright told me I was wrong and that I couldn't tell the difference, even though the box was even labeled as 'labrador'. They sent me a photo as proof of what they sent me saying it was the spaniel pourer... it was a photo of the labrador, proving they sent me the wrong item. When I pointed this out to them they continued to gaslight me and tell me I was wrong. This was also after 5 unanswered emails to their customer support and they refused to pay for shipping for me to return the item. Do not order from Wildlife Wonders. Find the item you want and order it straight from the manufacturer or brand instead. read more

my items did not ship for weeks after they were supposed to have arrived and when they did finally arrive they were defective. This was only a week before I left for my wedding, so I had to find a replacement locally for the earrings. I attempted to return both items many times and they ghosted me. I then decided to try and wear the bracelet for my wedding, and it promptly fell off. I tried to fix it and barely made it down the aisle before it fell off again. I filed a dispute with paypal when they still would not respond to me and they finally responded. They told me I could not return the bracelet because I had "worn" it and clearly broken it. I had it on my wrist for less than 15 minutes and most of this time was spent standing still in one place waiting to walk down the aisle. They also accused ME of not responding to their messages, yet had not sent me a single message. Looking on here this seems to be their new way of doing business. So far I'm out almost $300 dollars on jewelry that is unwearable. All this time they have been so rude to me and not even attempted to have good customer service. EDIT: It seems I have to stand up for myself. Nothing I stated is a lie. I am wearing the bracelet in the photos too, right before it fell off for the second time. Likely why it is broken in 2 places. The rings on this bracelet must have been defective. I NEVER said in any communication that I did not wear the earrings. I wore them because I had no choice since they arrived SO LATE. Literally days before leaving for my destination wedding. They were still defective and the shop should have replaced the defective one or helped to fix it. Doesn't matter if I wore it. They were wearable, but uncomfortable to wear the one defective one. As far as shipping goes. The time to make the jewelry they stated is 10 days. The jewelry had not shipped after august 10th so I contacted the shop. They did not respond. Contacted them again august 12th. They responded to say it was delayed in being made. I asked when I would ship because I needed it ASAP, no response. It finally shipped on august 20th. It arrived defective on august 23rd. My wedding was not on September 9th (despite them trying to figure this out by stalking me) as they have stated. That is simply when our photographer posted photos of our wedding. No one gets married on a Monday. And WHY would I want to return my wedding jewelry? I want to keep it forever. It is from my freakin wedding. I initially asked for a replacement for the one earring. They did not respond before I left for my wedding (or until I filed a claim). I would prefer replacements for the jewelry or for them to be fixed and asked for this. They can write a book about how I am a liar but it doesn't make it true. If I was a liar would I have told them I wore the jewelry? No. I am a small business owner and I pride myself on customer service. This company is incapable of providing customer service. They even stalked my small business when I filed the paypal claim. I had to block them for fear of retaliation. I do not normally write negative reviews, but the way they have treated me is appalling and I don't want anyone else to go through it. Edit #2: Paypal approved my full refund. I opted not to take this however, because I reached out to the actual artist behind the jewelry and they were appalled at how I was treated by this shop and that the jewelry broke in this way. They said I clearly had a defective bracelet and offered to fix the earring and bracelet for free. I opted to go this route as my original preferred resolution was to have them fixed, not to have them returned. I have attached a photo showing that paypal sided with me. I chose to close the case and not get the refund. This company is full of liars. Honestly the staff at wildlife wonders are completely unprofessional, rude, and treat their customers terribly. I will never shop with them again and am so angry that they give all small businesses a bad name. Just look at how they talk about me in their reply. If you don't want to be treated this way do not shop with them. read more

These people are the worst and their reviews confirm it. They took my money for a Christmas present for my son, they never shipped it. Unfortunately, our experience with Wildlife Wonders has been extremely disappointing. While the original sample order for 1 buffalo looked fantastic (Order #123431), an additional order of 10 buffalo statues for our company's End of Year celebration was ordered 10/2/24 and shipped 12/2/24 but was never received (Order #123772). Communication and response times were poor. Despite our team following up multiple times, their responses were very rude as well as delayed and often only came after multiple follow ups. Tracking information never updated, and the order never arrived. When we spoke with Evan (Sales/Customer Support) and Van (Manager), they claimed multiple tracking updates had been sent and that a second shipment was sent to meet our deadline. However, we never received any tracking number for this supposed second order, and the issue remained unresolved. On top of this, they have been unkind, dismissive, and unwilling to listen or collaborate on resolving the issue. The most concerning part is that they are now accusing us of lying about receiving a full order of the buffalo statues and claim we are "rubbing it in their face" because they appropriately refunded us for the order that was never received. All we are asking for is to return the original sample buffalo and receive a refund for it, but instead of addressing this straightforward request, they've made the situation unnecessarily frustrating and offensive. We're deeply disappointed in how this has been handled but remain open to removing this review if the company is willing to take accountability and make things right. read more

I left a strongly negative, one star review that I'm going to upgrade. Two complaints remain. The company responded well initially to my complaint that I'd not received my $260 refund and I expected resolution. Then they indicated they never received my returned item; shortly after that, they told me that tracking indicated my returned item had been "delivered to an individual," implying an individual at Wildlife Wonders had received it. But they didn't have it. What would any customer think in that situation? Hence my negative review. More recently, when I wanted to know what was happening, there was a period of zero response to several calls and emails. What would any customer think at THAT point? The return was addressed correctly, and the remaining possibility is that USPS delivered to the wrong address and it has been Returned to Sender, me. We'll see. I'm not going to say that WW has been faultless, for the above reasons, but I now believe they tried to determine what happened and I retract the harsh words in my earlier review. read more

One last time and you can keep repeating yourself. If twice is "numerous" you are correct about the number of times you spoke with me. So after more than "numerous" weeks of not hearing from you about where the supposed shipment was, I asked for a refund. I'll upgrade you to 2 stars since at least responded to a yelp review if not emails and voice messages after more than "numerous" weeks. And you refunded me finally. Best of luck to your business. Had a very poor interaction with this business after they held onto $600 for nearly 2 months with no communication about the status of my item. When I reviewed my experience honestly and in great detail on Google Reviews and on BBB, the company responded with outright lies and claims of things that never happened. They have wrongfully accused me of trying to commit fraud against their business, and have implied I am trying to extort them, simply because I left a completely honest review of their company. So to make this absolutely clear, I want NOTHING from this business. I do not want compensation, I do not want any items from them, I just simply want to warn anyone considering shopping with this place of business that they are running a pitiful excuse for a business and you would be a severe detriment to yourself to spend your money here. I do not seek any form of payment in exchange for removal of my reviews as they have implied, I just don't want others to experience the same issues that I have, as well as so many others before me. You will most likely never receive your item, as myself and plenty of others have experienced. Wildlife Wonders is not a reputable company, they have tons of negative reviews for a reason. And it is now clear to me that they respond to all of the negative reviews they receive with false accusations and aggression to try and change their public perception for the better.
