From clouds to skulls, you can see the intricacy that is made for each piece. While I was exploring the shop, I noticed the skull design and knew I needed to have it in my collection. Since they didn't have my size available they offered to make one from scratch. After a week or two they called and it was ready for pickup. For a made-to-order piece it was under $100 and I'm so happy with it. I can't wait to wear it on a frequent basis.

And after showing her ID and bringing her account up they took her ring and said it would be about an hour and a half. We walked around the store looking at all their gorgeous jewelry all displayed in glass cases with brilliant lights showing off their sparkle. I took a couple pictures of items I would love. Returned within an hour just to see if my friends ring was done. And it was. She was thrilled it was done and it was gorgeous. We walked outside and she showed me how amazing it is in the sun. I said hang on let me put my sunglasses on, and when she put her hand out in the sunshine. WHOA! Thank God I did put my sunglasses on cause it would have been like staring in to the sun! My husband purchased my third Swatch four years ago for $220 but the battery suddenly stopped working this week after three months. I didn't know that Swatch has lifetime free batteries or I wouldn't have been purchasing elsewhere since the Domain store opened 2.5 years ago. Qasim gave me a free new battery, opened the watch, and demagmetized it to reset it. Apparently Swatch is proprietary so no other repair shop can open and demagnetize it.

Mothers Day Gift Fail - So I spent $800 on 2 swatches in the Austin store. After picking from the…read moresamples, salesperson Liz says "let me get fresh watches from the back". One of the watches takes batteries, so she offered 2 spare batteries and put them in the bag. Well, while at a family Mothers Day dinner I give my wife her watch. She unboxes it in front of everyone, and was initially thrilled until she realized is wasn't running. Embarrassing enough, I say "give me a moment" and I watched a Youtube video. "I'll change the battery in case that's the cause". After a long time finding a jewelers sized screw driver and tweezers, I removed the battery and went to replace it with one of the replacement batteries Liz provided. The replacement battery did not fit - too big. It's a #390 and after some on-line research - the watch takes #394. So it was a complete fail, and embarrassing. I ordered some #394s on Amazon and got it working 3 days later. Lesson learned - don't buy from Liz, and check the "brand new" watch before leaving the store. (the other is self winding, so we avoided the same problem)

So they constantly kept going into the office to speak to the manager who couldn't come out because they're with the crying baby. Then when I call with basic questions like when will the ring arrive they will hang up to ask the manager. One guy told me he'd call me back and never did. I had to call him a week later and ask to be on hold to finally get an answer. They don't follow up. They don't know how to do anything. They don't care about you or your purchase. I was told my ring would be in, in two weeks. Four weeks went by and still no ring! Not even a single update about it. I had to reach out to them just to get hung up on. This place is a mess and I'm not sure how they're still running. They need a lot of help. Wouldn't shop here ever again and definitely will not recommend to anyone either. I'll actually tell everyone to not come here or waste their time here. Shop elsewhere.

They are also one of the Austin area shops that carries Firefly jewelry and I stopped in here to see if they had the piece I was looking for before I ordered online.
