    the Tiffany True ring
    Juliana L.

As this was my first time visiting and purchasing from a high-end, luxury-brand jewelry store, Sherry did an amazing job of making us feel comfortable and welcomed! My fiance and I were in search of my engagement ring, and for fun, we decided to visit a nearby Tiffany & Co. store. Initially, we were only planning to browse, knowing very little about the brand apart from its popularity for engagement rings. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the stunning selection. Sherry guided us through the sizing process (I didn't even realize I had been wearing the wrong ring size all this time!), helped me find the perfect fit for my finger, and presented numerous ring options that caught my interest. What stood out was the little to no pressure to make a purchase; it was evident that she simply wanted us to enjoy the experience and discover what I truly liked! After our visit, I couldn't stop thinking about the Tiffany True ring. Its timeless, clean design felt like a perfect match for me. My fiance reached out to Sherry to assist with selecting the ideal diamond for my ring. The process has been both enjoyable and seamless, and I believe our experience wouldn't have been as amazing without Sherry's expertise and warmth. I feel incredibly fortunate and grateful to have had her as part of this unforgettable journey :)

My wife is extremely disappointed in the work done to her Grandmothers vintage watch. I dropped this vintage watch off in October of 2020 - 7 MONTHS later I receive the watch back with a cheap replacement band marked with a made in China label??? Is this the quality of work to expect from Tiffany and Co? I could have had this band replacement done same day at the local strip mall at a fraction of the cost if I knew this was the quality of work I would receive. This is unacceptable, and I'm frankly appalled. I mailed off the original 12K gold filled band along with the watch for repair, and it was replaced with a 5-cent piece from China... not even sterling! It makes the entire watch look cheap. I have sent two emails to customer service and one to the Tiffany store at the Domain. After almost a month I have yet received a response. I have attached the original broken clasp on the right and the replacement that was sent with the watch on the left. Makes the watch look like a cheap knock off instead of a once beautiful watch.

The most recognized luxury jewelry brand in the world and glad a store is located in Austin. Only downside is it is a bit smaller than other neighboring Texas stores. The place seems to be always busy like an Apple Store. The entry guard is helpful to points you to a salesperson to help find what you are looking for. I have purchased many items here and never had any issues with the buying process. One time my wife's lobster clasp broke from her necklace and came here to have it fixed. I thought Tiffany jewelry had a lifetime guarantee like a Craftsman tool but I was charged to fix it. It was not much and they did an excellent job. This location is very nice and even though does not carry every item from their catalog they can get it for you from NYC. The quality of the metals are superb and stay shiny, and never worry about buying poor diamonds.

Phenomenal experience! My husband and I got married with Tiffany&Co by our side, and I have never been so impressed with a company and how much they care about their customers. Amy here in the Austin store is FANTASTIC! We live out of state, but visit Austin, and we did almost everything via text. Amy is quick to respond, went above and beyond to provide pictures (and I asked for a lot lol), and she provided great details to help us choose our perfect rings. Ask for Amy every time and you will be so happy!! She is caring and invested into any jewelry you pick out. Recently, we sent my weddings bands (2) and engagement ring to be soldered and WOW!! I could not be any happier with how the rings turned out! The alignment is perfect and you cannot tell they are soldered together. We will always be lifetime customers of Tiffany&Co, due to the service and care they have for us! THANK YOU!!!!

We recently had the great opportunity of meeting Sid when we dropped by to shop for some important jewelry. After our in-store interaction with Sid we couldn't help but comment to one another on how genuine, friendly and professional he was. It's always refreshing to have a truly positive experience in a retail store. Most folks who work retail have inadequate customer service skills which in-turn reflects on the company they work for. Really, it comes down to work-ethics which Sid clearly does not lack. The ring I chose wasn't in-stock in my size so Sid arranged for it to be shipped to our residence. Sid followed up by ensuring that we received an e-mail from Tiffany which included a tracking number. Once I received the package, Sid contacted me to ensure I was happy with the ring that was shipped to me. Now, that's customer service! Small things add up! We couldn't be happier with our Tiffany experience. Sid has gained new loyal clients and friends. We've already relayed our positive experience to some of our family & friends now I'm relaying the same information to you... If you're in the market for Tiffany jewelry, better call Sid!

I have serious problems....no seriously. Cute.

One of the smaller Tiffany's I've ever been to, but somehow they still squeeze in all the amazing jewelry and accessories! The MOST AMAZING and FRIENDLIEST staff I've ever experienced at a T&C! Ask for Olga! She's awesome!

I have three favorite colors: Red (when I was growing up); Black (for simple, elegant clothing); and Robin Egg Blue (for the illustrious gifts from Tiffany & Co.) I have a small cache of Tiffany jewelry for men purchased over the years, so I was glad Austin got it's own in The Domain. Mostly because I was instructed that to have it cleaned, it must be done at a Tiffany's using their own solvents. My stuff could start to look pretty bad in between trips to Dallas and Houston. I stopped in yesterday to have my sterling and 18-karat collapsible weave ring cleaned. It was looking dull and listless, and I kind of felt like wearing it this season. It always gets compliments (you know how I am about that), and on more than one occasion, offers to buy it right off my hand. People think I'll just sell something like that? Like hell I will. Walking in, you're greeted first and foremost by the security guy. He's the one in the suit and the headpiece that made me peer around for President Obama. I walked down "The Gauntlet" of staff members who are staring at you with a palpable mixture of hope (that you'll buy something), anxiety (that you'll steal something), and exasperation (that you'll waste their time looking at everything, even if you've got an overdrawn checking account). It's awkward, to say the least. I'm trained to let them know right off the bat I'm just in for a cleaning, so the security guy gladly walked me back to customer service, and the staff exhaled a little. The woman at customer service was extremely friendly. She took the ring, verified it was one of theirs, and wrote up the order. She smiled the whole time and didn't show a trace of the uptightness of her front-of-store counterparts. I was a little disappointed to find out Tiffany's had changed their pricing from $5/ring and $10/bracelet for cleaning to a $15 across-the-board-fee, regardless of size. They kind of had me over a barrel on this one, but...such is life. She said it would be ready in 45 minutes. When I returned, the mood was definitely more relaxed. Some customers were browsing, but again I informed the nearest saleswoman whose lightning fast gaze landed on me that I was headed back to pick up the ring. I wanted to make sure she was apprised of the situation. Jesus, working in a jewelry store must be like walking on eggshells. I'd be on edge too, I guess. Especially since someone actually rammed a car into the front of Louis Vuitton across the street when robbing the place. I waited a moment while she finished up by reading a thick pamphlet on the Tiffany Engagement Ring. We really are all followers of the Cult of the Diamond. And as much as I firmly believe they are indeed a girl's best friend, I don't think they translate so well on men. Not even gay men. Maybe hip-hop moguls, but that's it. Once again, the woman was personable and welcoming. And the ring looks 1000% better when polished. On the way out--for curiosity's sake--I asked a salesman about wedding bands. I used the excuse that my brother was getting married (which he is) as a chance to get some schooling on what kind of bands for men and women Tiffany has to offer. I told him that up front, so he knew it wasn't for me, but he gladly whipped out my favorites for me to inspect. We talked price and platinum density, diamonds and decadence, and he really seemed to know his way around the jewelry. It was excellent customer service, and a fun, informative mini-lesson for me. I skipped the men's sterling jewelry. Out of sight, out of mind. Unless it's Christmas, of course. Everyone loves a little something from Tiffany. Looking at all the glitter and glitz, I was reminded that my parents thank God every day I was born a boy. Even still, I find ways to indulge my insatiable appetite for conspicuous consumption. But if I were a girl, they said there's no doubt they'd be broke. And looking around Tiffany & Co.--they're absolutely right.

I spoke with Ryan, who was very attentive and assured me not to worry, the bracelets would be fixed. I was glad to learn they have an in-house goldsmith who handles all repairs, so this brought me peace of mind. Upon inspection, Raymond told me I should hear back within a day or so with an estimate. Lo and behold, I did receive a call back quickly and approved the repair cost. The repairs were completed within the estimated time frame. However, during the repair process, one of the bracelets (18k gold two-tone) lost a diamond on the top facing side of the link. Not to worry, said Ryan, they would fix it at no charge. I got a call the next day that it was fixed. I walked over, only to discover that now the bracelet was missing another diamond on the inner-facing side of the link. This particular bracelet holds a sentimental value to me due to its design and because it commemorates a milestone memory. Diamonds on the top links and double-sided with an inscription underneath. Each link contains the same inscription underneath with one diamond stone per link. Anyhow, once I pointed out the issue, Ryan assured me they would fix it, at no additional cost. I was expecting a call back perhaps 2-4 days later but to my surprise, I got a call the next day that my bracelet was ready. Upon careful and close inspection, the bracelet was repaired perfectly. The other bracelet (18k white gold) had no issue and was repaired perfectly the first time around. Overall, I was very pleased with Ryan and the staff's exceptional service. Kruger's will now be my go-to place for all repairs, and I will definitely come back as I have my eye on a lovely diamond bracelet.

I decided to order online and pick up at the flagship store so I could check out more pieces and their cafe. Parking isn't the greatest but that's South Congress in general but they do offer valet. I'm big on customer service and I can say my experience here wasn't the best. While the store was slightly busy, workers can be identified in white button ups and blue jeans. Had I not flagged someone down for my pickup, I probably wouldn't have been serviced. There were several employees standing and observing. The store itself is beautiful with pieces on display. They also have different sections for engraving as well as a color bar. From what I read, you can customize your own piece by selecting your metals and gemstones. I was interested but again, no one really cared to assist me so I decided against it. After picking up my order and making it to the car, I decided to check out my earrings. Luckily I did because one of the earrings was actually broken so I decided in that moment to take them back and get another pair. I explained this to the first worker I encountered and she went to get me another pair without a problem. However, the lady assisting me at the register with the exchange (who was the same lady I'd just picked up my order from) actually retrieved pliers and attempted to fix it. After a few moments, I had to tell her that I didn't want this pair fixed but a brand new pair considering I literally just purchased them and didn't have a chance to "break" them myself. After that, she agreed and simply swapped the earrings. The line for the café was long so unfortunately, I was unable to try it. I love the pieces offered and the community partnerships Kendra Scott has but customer service could be better.

They also explained they don't do this for fashion jewelry but might do it for their fine collection. I'm not sure if it's because I came near closing but everyone was super helpful and welcoming. I don't remember how many different staff members I encountered but everyone was excellent. I took my time looking at the display cases, but ended up at the Color Bar. I decided on a double-band rose gold ring with a white holographic gem . This is after the Keyholder provided me many rings AND gems to try on. She was so patient! I thought this was a new style, but when I came home realized I previously got the same ring in silver & a blue-toned gem.
