I had some unidentified noises coming from my basement ceiling and he was able to determine that it was a mother squirrel and her babies. He also found a lone bat sleeping in my attic, as well as evidence of a raccoon being in there previously. And the day before I found Triangle Wildlife, I had called out a traditional exterminator, who told me that there was zero evidence of even mice on my property yet Ethan showed me a mouse that was caught and recognized mouse droppings in several areas. He taught me some things about the creatures as well (types of noises to watch out for, etc). He was able to safely remove the bat and squirrels and seal up all potential openings for the vermin to get in. He kept to his appointment dates/times for getting all suggested work done and it was done quickly and effectively. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of materials and work being done. I was also impressed with his process of giving the animals about a week to maneuver themselves out of the house, and then verifying they were gone before sealing up the areas. The noises from my crawl space resumed several days after Aaron removed the one-way trap. My sales rep, Devin, would not respond to my texts or calls. Since I had already spent close to $1,000 with Critter Control, I tried to get rid of the pest myself. Eventually, I finally found a local wildlife and pest service company that came out the day after I called and installed a camera. The following morning, they sent me a video of the skunk walking around in my crawl space. Obviously, the one-way trap didn't work, so I had to pay someone else (who was much more reasonably priced), to remove the skunk. If Devin had responded to me, they could have at least re-installed the one-way trap. BTW. When their customer service responded to my initial review asking me to contact them, the email address she gave me sent my email back as undeliverable. My advice is to find a local company to help you that actually cares.

Owner Beau, not only answered the phone but made an appointment on the spot! He arrived promptly at the agreed time and quickly found where squirrels had made their way into our attic. Upon further inspection he noted that we also had a bat problem. Beau set some (humane) traps and captured two of the unwanted guests. He came back and being satisfied that no squirrels remained in our home, he blocked the holes. Since bats cannot be messed with whilst they have young; he will come back in August to evict them and close the access points. This young man is a real professional!
