I have been coming here for years 10 years to be exact and as of late the food has gone downhill. Last time I was here I ordered the 3 cheese frittata. The potatoes that come with it were nothing but leftover burnt potatoes, at that time I decided not to eat here again, well a month later I decided to come and grab a quick bite for breakfast and this time around I got a super burned piece of bread covered in butter I guess to mask the fact that it was burned, the potatoes were as hard, cold, and dry as they could be, I mean come on try a little. We went for lunch last weekend and waited 30 minutes for our food. While the...long...wait times....seem to be a common occurrence at this location, it is the employee in the pic causing the lower review. He stood playing on his phone most of the 45 minutes we were in the restaurant while others worked around him. When we received a lukewarm bowl of soup, he told us to "put it in the microwave" at the drink station and walked away for more screen time. We won't be visiting this location anymore. read more

The smiles, service & food at the Sky Harbor Airport location of Wildflower are a welcome start to my travel. I have been at this location 4x since August. Madison is a pleasure-she even brings food to the tables (before it got too busy) & clearly remembers what the regular patrons like to eat/drink. One other young woman has helped me & was also wonderful. Abby? I forgot to get her name when she has waited on me. All of my visits have been prior to 7am. Thank you to the staff at this highly recommended location when one is in Terminal 4. read more

I go to Wildflower about once every few months and order the same salad. I've never tried anything else on their menu because I'm afraid it won't measure up to the salad that I love. I was there yesterday, ordered my salad and noticeably appeared to be skimpy in overall size and ingredients. I felt possibly it was just the sign of the times, they cut back on ingredients as the price did not change since I had been there last. I left there actually still feeling hungry, came home and had something else to eat! Today, the next day I still craved that salad !! so I went back! and what a difference a day made and who prepares your salad. Today I had to get a container to take some home, it was full of all the ingredients, not skimpy and what I always remeber getting there before. This place isn't much for ambiance, but the food is great. We've eaten here a couple times and always really enjoyed all the food we have tried. At first I was a little annoyed because there aren't very many gluten free options. They have lots of sandwiches and pastas but no GF bread or pasta so I had to order a soup and salad which turned out to be super tasty, and very healthy so I'm not mad. But still my boyfriend got a pesto pasta - and it looked and smelled AMAZING. Also, he said it was amazing but so was my chicken soup and salad. read more

I get so excited for the Sweet and Spicy Butternut Squash Salad every fall that I end up coming in about once a week. In addition to the delicious food the staff is always so pleasant, warm, and thoughtful. They go out of their way to make sure every single guest is happy, and this has been my experience whether I've gone for a business luncheon, or with my 3 year-old daughter. I was really impressed by my breakfast. I had the Chorizo Frittata. The toast is store made (I'm assuming) the home fries were perfect (both in preparation and serving size). Breakfast is certainly the easiest meal to make, but to do it this well is really impressive. Service was excellent, fresh squeezed OJ was great. Awesome. Really good sandwiches and salads. I got the chicken salad sandwich and strawberry salad. Everything was really tasty!

The first time I've been to wildflower in a long time and I still didn't love it. The chicken salad sandwich was mainly lettuce and bread and the bread crust was so hard it was difficult to chew through with just teeth alone! My friend liked his chopped salad but the amount of salmon on top was about 3oz in total. We were expecting about double that. read more

LOCATION- on point CUSTOMER SERVICE- superior FOOD- anticipated Panera, was surprised to find its WAAAAAAAAY better quality and taste. We had to taste everything so we had them toast half a bagel, with the remaining half to-go. I let the hubby pick and he had never experienced the joys of a chocolate chip bagel so that was the unlucky soldier. When we ordered the bagel, Kathleen suggested it toasted with Peanut Butter. I about keeled over. Who are you Kathleen and where have you been all my life?! We are officially new best friends. I have never even heard of such a thing or would have ever considered putting peanut butter on a bagel of any sort so she won my heart. Then I spotted the cinnamon raisin bagels and requested we do the same with this but with butter. This was we both get a quarter, just enough to taste but not too much too waste. Great decision here!! Little did we know, Breakfast menu ended a little bit before we arrived so we immediately had to change the plans to lunch. I asked about soups. Kathleen brought us each a sample of the soup we requested. Wowzer!!!!! Yeah, I had to have the lemon chicken with rice and a half chicken salad sandwich topped with lettuce, fresh tomatoes and sprouts. It was outstanding. The soup was still my favorite but I could definitely go for that sandwich again. TheY we're out of cinnamon rolls but I called early and I will be going to another location this morning to pick them up because they are out at this one today. CANT WAIT!!! AMBIANCE- fast casual and perfectly done CLEANLINESS- very good. Witnessed constant cleaning of tables and picking up of all areas. MANAGEMENT- came through and personally touched our table and many others to make sure everyone was pleased and ask if you needed anything. Okay we ordered takeout and it was absolutely fabulous food! I got the rosemary chicken pasta (so much leftovers) and hubby got the Italiano with a side of mac & cheese. Best mac and cheese EVER! My husband and I stopped in for a late breakfast after a doctor appointment. We live in the Verde Valley. As we were waiting getting ready to order I witnessed one of the staff cleaning off tables while at the same time an elderly woman was grappling with her drink, her purse AND her cane to leave the restaurant. The young woman (Demi) saw her, quickly put down the dirty dishes and ran over to help the elderly woman with the door to ensure she was ok. It was the sweetest act of kindness I've seen at a restaurant and it warmed my heart. I told Demi afterward how nice she was to have helped. First off, this place is booming packed when I walked in and that's a great feeling! Overwhelming but clearly their food must be delicious then! The food here is always good. Today, the service was exceptional. I ordered the chopped salad without couscous. It's a food allergy. My food arrived and it had couscous. It's my dumb allergy so I don't fault the kitchen for forgetting to leave a regular menu item off but I do need it to be remade due to the food allergy. They had a replacement salad remade and back on my table in less than 5 minutes. I was very appreciative and the server was very apologetic. Decided to stop in for a salad with the family. Unfortunately the staff was unable to tell if they offered a low cal or fat free dressing. We asked one guy and he said we should look on the website. As we're eating, a couple walk in with their dog in tow. Not sure this was a service animal but the people proceeded to sit in a booth with the dog sitting on the bench. Pretty sure that's a health violation. Not one staff member even questioned the couple. Interesting why they wouldn't sit at one of the outside tables. With so many restaurant choices these days....not sure when we will return. Overall the food was good but salad was a little dry since I was unsure if the dressing choices and avoiding sugar. read more

Food was okay but the lack of service is sad. Walked in ready to order, no one at the counter. There's no other customers in the restaurant at the moment either. A bunch of kids in the back staring at me until my husband knocked on the counter to get their attention. Of course one of them did the same thing but we shouldn't be the ones getting your attention. Do your job and watch for customers. Smile more too, goes a long way lol. Maybe have less employee working on one shift? They'll be able to gossip less. read more
