His worker showed up, replaced a small plastic piece I have replaced prior in 10 minutes and charged me $300. I felt that was excessive and told him that. I was told it's not the time, it's the knowledge. I felt taken advantage of because he could get away with it. I considered paying him $200 and letting him fight me for it, but I didn't feel right doing that. We had no written scope of work and fee. I suggest getting your work quoted before you agree to the work or he'll gouge you.

From start to finish Jody and her team were wonderful to work with--they were highly knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and responsive, and took the time to make sure everything was designed and completed to a high standard. This project is something we'd been wanting to do for years, and it came out better than we could have imagined! We had a lot of different goals for what's a fairly small front yard with quite a bit of shade: we wanted an attractive design that would reduce water use and maintenance needs, support pollinators throughout the full growing season, create a firebreak near the house, have a nice space for our kids to enjoy, and add some edible plants/berries/herbs if possible. Wild Heritage went above and beyond in delivering on all of these criteria, and it's a strong testament to their experience, passion, and deep knowledge of landscape design, sustainable planting, water management, and construction. Our new front yard has quickly become a favorite place for our whole family to spend time, and our kids love running around the path, sitting on the rocks, watching bumblebees and ladybugs, and admiring each new flower that blooms. After it was taken over by weeds and dug up by our schnauzer a few too many times, it was time to do it right. Cody came out for an estimate and design consultation. He is such a great guy who explains how it all works, gives you a reasonable number of options (helpful for me to not have information overload), and gets things moving. And for the work itself, these guys work hard and nonstop when the job begins. They show up on time and work full speed from morning until evening to get the job done. They build the patios in ways that work for Colorado weather, and they actually specialize in pavers, instead of a landscape company that doesn't do these types of patios nonstop. Paver patios are not cheap, but they're also not something you should do on your own unless you absolutely know what you're doing. If you're looking at redoing your outdoor space or patio, you should absolutely give these guys a look.

Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up. The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery. They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent! They always arrived by 8am or earlier and hard at work. We replaced our crumbling rock retaining wall with an Allan block wall and it looks super sharp and sophisticated; and functional to boot. Irving put a lot of thought into the design of the wall, factoring in the slope, gravity, settling of the dirt around it, reinforcements, weight, setback, and aesthetics. He was able to design us a very attractive wall with a drainage system and we couldn't be more pleased. He and Brando managed to move dirt and rocks away from the site and build a wall within 4 days and even ended up charging us less than the original asking price! They even set aside some of the large rocks from our rock wall for our next door neighbor to take what he could use and hauled away the rest. Very pleased with this business and would definitely use them again for future landscaping and rock work.

I thought the price was reasonable at first, but after the work was done I feel we overpaid significantly and for poor-quality work. He refused to do some repairs; the changes that were made to the layout were incomplete and left our system without proper overlap; he caused damage to a zone which renders it unusable and never came back to fix it after saying that he would; and the points in the yard where digging had been done were carelessly put back together if at all. Lastly, communication throughout the process was quite poor with multiple text messages and emails going unnoticed.
