Summer did an amazing job with makeup for my mom, mom of the groom, my sister and 2 bridesmaids, as well as the groom, for my June 2023 Evergreen Lodge Yosemite wedding. We did a natural-glam look for the bridesmaids and my friends looked so gorgeous. My now mother-in-law wears very little makeup, and Summer was able to give her a gorgeous look and make her feel comfortable despite not being a big makeup-wearer, while on the other hand my mom wanted allll the glam - and she delivered without it looking over the top. My experience with Summer was amazing! I don't usually wear much makeup or do my hair and I wanted a look that was still me, just more polished. The makeup came out so beautiful and photographed wonderfully. Everything lasted the whole day even through wind and sun and many tears. Summer was amazing to work with for my wedding. I am not someone who wears makeup daily and while I wanted professional services because of their long wear, I was definitely nervous that I wouldn't look "like myself" when having someone else do my makeup. I really had nothing to worry about in the end because Summer did an incredible job. My skin looked soooo flawless and matched me perfectly. My face makeup lasted all evening even though my wedding ended up being on a super hot day and there were some happy tears. She did just enough to look amazing in pictures while still looking normal in person. I also felt comfortable enough to voice any tweaks I needed to complete the look because she is so nice and easy to talk to. Summer helped me perfect what I wanted on the day of the wedding through the trial and me looking at pictures after - keeping the stress at a minimum.
