Probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had via customer service since...another wild wing. The food itself was decent but everything else is straight out of a dining-in horror story. A one hour wait for food, having to ask multiple times to check if my order is coming, only for it to arrive cold. The restaurant itself wasn't even too busy that night. But how can a dish an hour to arrive and still arrive cold? Was it made and just left on the countertop for 30 minutes until someone asked? I assume that if I'm waiting an hour it's being made hot and fresh from when I make the order - but clearly this wasn't even the case. The absolute worst part was when I informed the server of this, she took it back and told me they'd "make a new one." It ended up coming back 5 minutes later hot, with some of the cheese curds melted on a smaller plate. How do you make a brand new dish in 5 minutes? And why is the playing different? and why does the dish look different? (if the cheese didn't melt the first time, why would it the second dish?) I'm guessing she just ended up microwaving it, which is fine, but why lie to me and say that they're making a new batch??? Just seems dishonest and unnecessary. It was also unnecessarily hard to get the attention of the server, feels like we were being ignored most of the time. Lastly, probably the biggest problem was when we asked the server the specials, she didn't even know them. I understand there's a lot of things outside your control as a server but she straight up gave us misinformation. Wild wing has a Wed burger special for their regular burger for 12.50. Regular price being 15.50. When we explicitly asked the waiter if there was any specials for Wed food, she said no. We asked again a second time telling her that we knew other wild wing locations typically had a Wed special for their burgers. She proceeded to tell us that the special was "something like 20%" and that the price for the burger would've been $15.99. Not only would that discount not be 20%, I'm not really sure it's a discount at all? Even if the final price after tax was 15.99, why would you give us a price higher than the one on the menu? As we were leaving, we'd find that there was indeed a Wed special for burgers being 12.50 for their regular burger...as a server there's a lot of things outside your control but it's disappointing that the simple effort to double check and make sure that you know the special for the day wasn't even there. The food was alright but the service was so abysmal I don't plan to ever come back. It's rare that a place deserves 0 stars such as this. (photos of the old and "new" poutine are below)

Wild wings always offers daily special item. Their website tells all. Wings are half priced off on Tuesdays. We came for this special deal and ordered three single flavors wings ( good ). We also ordered calamari (taste so so), butter chicken poutine (new item a great taste), veggie spaghetti (definitely worse than TV dinner, believe me) Beers are good, no doubt. Service is adequate and short staffed. Beside wings and beers. Nothing is really outstanding at Wild Wings will return for wings and beers. You can eat other items elsewhere. :)

Wild Wings is quite decent if you want to watch a game and have a drink with your friends. Great neighbourhood pub. One might not find anything fancy with the beer selections or the food. My experience here was A-OK. We just have drinks here and our waitress even ask if my friend wanted a refill. The 3 TVs in the bar area was great and even sound was turned on so I could listen to all the commentaries.

We ordered from here for pick up on a weeknight and they do have decent deals for wings. We ordered the Double Wings and upgraded the fries to a poutine. After tax and tip, it came up to about $45. The wings were quite good! We ordered non-breaded but I found them to still be more on the bread-ier side. Hot honey - always a classic, and Sweet Escape (honey garlic, caesar and parmesan) - yum! Very saucy and creamy. The poutine was just alright - a bit on the disappointing side actually. The fries were definitely underdone and the curds were sort of creamy instead of stringy/cheesy. You would pick up a fry, and it would just rip in half because it was too undercooked. On the plus side, the portions are very generous. Probably not my favourite wing spot, but could possibly order here again.

The wings here over time have gotten better . You got a good size portion of wings even on cheap wing night on Tuesday when it's half price . The flavour and the different kinds of flavour falls short of an 5 star wing place like all stars or something like duffs. It's decent for uptown Markham and the staff, although understaffed definitely work fast and are very efficient . If you like spicy wings, then the hottest wings 6 star are not hot enough . You need to ask them to make it spiciest so that you can get the true heat - only for true connoisseurs of hot wings for that flavour . Parking and facilities are good with a patio outside for the summer time . It's close to home in Markham and a good spot to hang Here's a hint about half price wings Tuesday . It's only good for dine in as long as u order a pint per pound of wings . The key is that you can order a pound with a beer .. eat 1 wing or fry and then take them home for take out . If u order take out, there is no deal .

    HALAL wings available upon request!!!
    Miss Lady ..

Never been to Wild Wing. Came by for the halal wings! They were great. Big wings, lightly breaded. You can coat it with the sauce of your choice. The wings were a lil crispy, just like I like it. Tbh the wings were slightly dry, but still enjoyable. We went at like 12pm during the week and basically had the place to ourselves. The server was very nice. We were overwhelmed by the options in sauces. Took us forever to decide. But the good news is you can buy additional sauces on the side for 0.99. We liked the Hot Honey Garlic sauce and the Smokin' Ranch. Thanks for the halal wings, Wild Wing!! I would totally go back on account of the halal wings.

New wild wings in the east Markham area...newly opened...renovations are welcoming and seating is considerably OK. Currently still alot of construction on Markham Road so therefore the entrance may be difficult to enter. This is a small plaza so parking spaces are limited. Many different flavours of wings available. Over 100 I think. Taste is ok. I've had better. They don't have enough staff on the floor I think cuz it's new...giving benefit of the doubt, how it will pick up better in the future. Only 2 waitresses working on a Friday night is definitely not enough. I'm not sure if it is opening specials or if its ongoing. Family combo special 2 salads, 4 lbs of wings and 2 large fries for only $44.99. Which is not bad at all. Washrooms are clean (it's a new place...if it's dirty, I am very concerned)...May come back again when the construction and stuff are out of place. If you're in the area and feel like wings...give it a try!

As soon as I was ready to order, I was pleasantly greeted by Mohammed who showed a high degree of professionalism & was so well spoken. I ordered the 4 piece chicken dinner which comes with one side & a biscuit. I asked him on a side recommendation & he recommended Cajun fries, onion rings or coleslaw. I really like that I could pick any side & there was no up charge for certain ones. I chose the coleslaw & added a order of the fries. I was told that it would take 15 minutes & as I waited, I watched him work like a pro. He would ask the kitchen how much longer for certain food/orders then would update the individual. My order was ready around the time he said it would be. When I got home, I was pleasantly surprised at the size of each thigh & drumstick (they only serve dark meat). The coleslaw is larger than a typical side at other fried chicken places & there is a good amount of fries. The chicken was tasty! Skin was crunchy and the meat juicy. I did get it spicy but it's still on the mild side for me. The fries was cooked to perfection... crispy and full of Cajun flavor. I really liked the biscuit too. Coleslaw was good but top sweet for my liking. This place has easily hit my list of top fried chicken places!!! Highly recommend.

It took two people fifteen minutes to make it. - Communication to the customer on how long it would take for my order to be ready wasn't stellar. On Wednesday night, after driving home from Mississauga, I felt like a milkshake. Where should I get one? I remembered that the Boardwalk Fries Burgers Shake location in Scarborough that I had visited months ago offered milkshakes. I also remembered this Boardwalk location in Markham. It used to be South St. Burger. Markham used to have two locations. It now has zero, which is a downer. I came here at nearly 9 pm. There were lots of parking spots. I pulled into one and entered the store. The Boardwalk is a combo store with Lava Grill. There is one entrance for both eateries. I walked in. There was a couple enjoying a meal. I was the only person at the order area, which is shared between the two eateries. It took a while for the man at Boardwalk to come over. He was making burgers. I ordered these items: - Strawberry shake without whipped cream - Dubai chocolate brownie I paid with a credit card. Done. Communication is an issue here. This man continued making burgers and fries. He didn't let me know how long it would take to make my order. I wasn't in a rush, but I didn't know that it would take fifteen minutes for two folks to try and make my milkshake. I did like that the press for the burgers automatically came down on the patties and had a timer. I also watched fries go into hot oil and the basket automatically come up once the fries were done. It was also on a timer. I noticed that burger man got Lava guy to make my shake. They both went into the back. Burger man came back to assemble the burgers. Lava guy was still in the back. My guess was that there was some issue making my shake. Again, I got no communication until Lava guy came out to look at my order and told me it would be two minutes. Um, sure. I didn't believe it. I was right. I decided to sit down. Burger guy had finished making the burgers. He went outside. He came back in. His first communication to me was two fingers up in the area. Two minutes or victory?! Five minutes later, I saw a shake come out from the back. Lava guy was holding it. Lava guy took a box with a brownie and packed it in a paper bag. I got a napkin, a fork, and a spoon. He handed me a pretty strawberry shake and my paper bag. I thanked both guys, more relieved than anything, and left. I got into my car and drove home. Despite the wait and the lack of decent communication, the two items that I had were excellent. The strawberry milkshake was yummy. I loved the strawberry flavour. It was creamy and enjoyable. I had the Dubai chocolate brownie yesterday. It was so good. I loved the crispy bits with pistachio cream and a delectable, moist brownie layer. Yum! I'm thinking that ordering online and coming here to pick up my order would be best. This place seems to take its time because it seems to be on its own time. Boardwalk has happy hour deals at night. I may give it a try next time. Here's hoping that communication is better. (190)

I was blown away by the quality of the subs. WOW. Every sub was PACKED to the brim w/ goodies. No skimping out on ingredients. Tons of meat, tons of veggies, tons of sauce. For the hot subs, the meat was sooooo soft and easy to swallow. I had a bite of my friends' subs and they were all super delicious. The chicken in the captains club was so juicy. The beef in the smokehouse sub was melt in the mouth. The bread on all subs was toasted. They also have one of those nice machines w/ tons of different soda options to choose from (peach mello yellow zero SUPER UNDERRATED). Shoutout to Donte who helped me with my order as a first-timer to this store! Love that I was able to stack a bunch of extra add-ons for no additional charge. Also loved that every sub came w/ a dill pickle on the side (the pickles were delicious too). I was tempted to upgrade my bun to garlic bread but that'll be for another visit. In terms of price, it is premiumly priced at around $20-25 per sub which is expensive tbh. Does the quality justify that price tag? I would actually have to say yea it does!
