Dirty tray to hold table accessories

We went for lunch on a Monday for the $14.99 wing special (12 wings, side, and soup/side). The wings tasted good but were very tiny! My wife ordered appetizer spinach dip and fried mushroom. Spinach dip was very greasy/oily, so much so we propped up the bowl so all the grease would separate so we could try to eat the dip. Not good! The fried mushrooms were good but did not come out hot. Tip for the wait staff- if the restaurant isn't busy, why cram all customers in one section. We were seated beside a couple of loud tables and it would have been nice to have been spaced out some. Nice, friendly waitress though!

Old carrots

Food- Food was served warm but not hot. Boneless chicken nuggets were chewy and wings were fatty and not crispy. Wing sauce had a lot of flavor and was good. No longer serve giant pretzel with beer cheese. New menu has pretzel bites with mustard. Pretzel bites very salty and told to pair with chips and queso. Queso tasted like velveta cheese with pepper. It was okay but definitely could use improvements. Carrots with wings were dry and old. They were slightly warm to touch. Overall, food lacked freshness. Drinks were cheep but only contained 1/2 oz of liquor so basically $5 for cool aid (strawberry margarita and kiwi margarita) Service- 3/6 orders were brought out incorrectly. Silverware was dirty. Waiter was nice and honest but did not refill waters. Had to ask for silverware, napkins, and refills. When asked about getting fresh carrots stated that they are prepared in the morning and they had no fresh ones. Proceeded to go yell into the kitchen to only come back out and offer celery instead. Ambiance- restaurant was not busy at all. Lots of employees walking around and standing around chatting. Bathrooms were filthy both male and female restrooms. Health score was 97 but not sure how. Unfortunately won't be back. Not sure what happened. Went several months ago and the menu was better, service was better, and overall experience was much better

Meat Pizza with one chicken wing on top from our wing basket

Stopped in today for a birthday lunch and ate at the bar as always Our fave bartender there Lacey who always remembers our drinks - no idea how they do that but it's nice Tried the all meat pizza from the new Winter Menu and it was really exceptionally good Next time I'll try the new Cuban Panini or the Thanksgiving one. We also shared some wings - fireball and lemon pepper both juicy and hot! Found out about the App to get rewards too which replaces our very old member card - it worked! Just scanned in our receipt for credit and 6 free wings next time for signing up

I came here for the first time looking for an alternate place to eat other than taco-Mac. And that's what I got. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos as an appetizer and it really hit the spot. It's just as good as the Nachos All The Way At Taco-Mac. I did enjoy the corn and different colored chips. It had sour cream and also some very tasty salsa. Only suggestion would to give you a separate bowl of salsa instead of just pouring it on top of the Nachos. I really enjoyed it tho. I ordered the 12 wing platter that included 2 flavors of your choosing. I chose honey mustard and hot wings. The honey mustard was super good but the hot wings were decent but the sauce wasn't as good as Taco-Mac. The hot flavor was a tad bit too spicy for my taste. It came with celery sticks and I requested ranch dressing which tasted horrible. Watered down unlike Taco Mac's tasty thick ranch dressing. I also added a side of sweet potato fries to compare it which taco Mac. It wasn't as crispy as taco mac's but still tasty as well. Taco Mac's fries are more skinner as well. Customer service was excellent in which taco Mac sometimes it plainly stinks. If your in the area, and like taco Mac, I would definitely come here and check it out. I definitely will be back again to try our different wing flavors!

1hour and a half for food we were here for The Regulators. We ordered after the Saturday dinner rush 10 stars for me but this time was ridiculous. 19 people alcohol was filivered promptly. 40 mins later 2 salads delivered with no silverware, we ask and waiter said they were out of silverware and walked away. 20 mins later plastic forks were delivered 2 sets. Ok an hour and 1/2 later we all got our food at the same time necked wings. Not what was ordered. Wings were ate necked buy the time a hodgepodge of sauce was brought. 1st time with this type of service. I'm gonna forget about this time and continue to eat the wings. Hopefully not the small overcooked not sauced ones. Mabey on a slow day.

If you want wings go somewhere else. This place is way overpriced for mid tasting wings and they charge you for refills.

DON'T sit in the balcony for a concert. They seat 8 people to a large table, which is nice, you have a bunch of room. But no one at the table can see the stage if you are seated. Some people had to turn their chairs completely around and some people had to get up and stand at the balcony edge the entire time. Decent sound ( it was loud enough ) but couldn't hear what the singer was actually singing. I don't know if that is a band thing or a venue thing. The service was excellent, but we just purchased drinks. I have an issue with the bathroom. The stalls are so small in the women's bathroom that you have to STEP PAST the toilet to close the door. When you stand up after going, you have to back up to the side of the toilet to open the stall door. So uncomfortable! And THEN, wash your hands and there is no paper anywhere near the sinks! You have to walk to the door to get paper to dry your hands. So if you had to put your purse in between your knees to wash your hands, you will have to grab your purse with wet hands to get over to the towels to dry your hands.

"There's something magical about rooftops. You feel like you're in 'Mary Poppins."…read moreGeorge Clarke There really is something special about being on a rooftop on a perfect summer evening, and it's great to have it right in downtown Sugar Hill. I would like to say I planned the perfect date, but as some of the best things in life, this was just an impromptu visit to cap off an already great evening. Outside of being on the rooftop, the bar itself is upscale yet approachable, service was fast and friendly. Being a bit of a self engrandized home bartender I'm a bit critical when out of my home lab, but their Smoked Old Fashioned wasn't bad. ("Wasn't bad" really means very good.") While I don't love the prices and hate paying a cover charge, when you throw in live music, a great vibe, and a view, I can't really complain. The owner made an announcement that whoever tipped the band $10 would get a free drink, and since most drinks were over $15 I thought that was cool on many levels. Will definitely be back to The Rooftop!

We walked around and finally ran into a waitress who told us to sit anywhere we wished inside or outside. The only area festive was inside a closed igloo and no heaters were on outdoors which was just a tad too cool for me despite the super nice weather that day. It would have been so to sit outside but without the warmth of the heaters we headed inside. We placed our order and explained we were just there for a pre-dinner drink and wanted to check out the venue so we didn't leave our tab open but we were quickly served the fabulous taking drinks on their menu(s). The Old Fashioned was on the regular menu and the Russian was on their seasonal tabletop menu. Server was very nice and took photos for some ladies we met. The only reason I can't give them a 5 star is they claim they are big on hospitality but yet we were not acknowledged upon arrival. Many restaurants and even some retail stores have a way to ensure they say hello/welcome immediately when you enter and without a hostess - the mindset should be that the bar or wait staff have a way to immediately say hello or welcome so those who have never been feel welcomed as well as those who frequently come. It would be nice to have a more festive decor for the holidays but that didn't affect my review; just a statement to say that the entire Sugar Hill area was pumping and themed with the holiday spirit then we walked in the only area decorated was not even accessible nor was it offered as an option to enjoy.

The actual stage set up was the best feature of the venue, in my opinion. 4 people could play full band karaoke each with their own high definition screens as well as audio monitors at your feet. Their Rock Band library was the biggest single selection I have personally ever seen! This is an impressive collection of almost every available track for the game, including track packs, Rock Band store songs, and the Green Day: Rock Band export pack. There is definatly something for everyone at Rock Band Atlanta. Fans of the game would respect the work they put into their set up and organization, and the casual attendee can't help but be swept into the excitement of the atmosphere. The backdrop to this venue is Lake Lanier Itself. The lake was busy this weekend. Several boaters dropped anchor near the venue to listen the the music. I am not sure what the capacity is for this place. You sit in reclined chairs that are positioned starting from the concession areas leading down to the stage. The chairs are on a terraced lawn. The breeze coming off of the lake is refreshing. The sound is very good. When I arrived I expected this to be loud and filled with echoes. However, the sound was directed well and not dispersed. After all it is an outdoor venue. We went to the Shamrock Festival. This event lasted around twelve hours. We had a good time. I enjoyed all the bands especially Departure and Back in Black. Thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to be back many times. My only complaint is that it is so difficult to find information about this amphitheater online. Needs better online marketing that tells upcoming events/costs/ticket sales, etc. Also a layout of the venue, showing seating, parking, concessions, restrooms and explaining what items can/cannot be brought in--that kind of stuff. Can't find any of that information (even on the Lake Lanier Islands website) and numerous other people we talked to at the concert had the same complaints. C'mon guys, that's an easy fix!
