Wings were Great! Came here on a Two for Tuesday and nothing really to complain! It was packed but they have some seats available so we got seated and greeted. The best flavor IMO is the Wild west. Met some friends here for a birthday dinner and it was disgusting. As we were eating a wings platter (mediocre) we saw a HUGE cockroach on the wall! We were so grossed out! We told the bartender and after a couple of minutes she walks over to another employee who swats at the roach with a towel. He missed it, it ran away and he walked away because I guess it wasn't a big deal to him (2 more cockroaches crawling up the wall behind the band). Needless to say, we lost our appetites and just ordered drinks on their, very limited, drink menu. About 8-9 drinks highlighted at the top were not available. The waiter said something about them being in the middle of changing their menu (huh?). Further down the menu, they have margaritas and pina coladas. I ordered a pina colada. The waiter said they don't do frozen drinks (WHY IS IT ON THE MENU?!). I ended up ordering a beer. The waiter, although very nice, was excruciatingly slow in clearing the table. The band was ok (and the members very nice), but INSANELY loud! My friends and I were texting each other to communicate. I left with a headache and, 24 hours later, my ears are still "plugged". We really should have left at the sight of the 1st cockroach, but birthday girl wanted to stay and dance. If you google the business you will see that multiple locations (including this one) failed several health inspections over the years. I really wish I had checked this before we went! By far the SMALLEST wings I have ever eaten in my life. All of the wings were no longer then my pinky. After eating all 12 wings I wasn't close to full. I have come here over a 5 year period, and the service and wings have clearly gone down hill. I normally order 3 extra blue cheeses because the wings are huge- and I only used half of one container. ONE server was handling all the tables, the to go orders and everything else. The service was extremely slow. The server was notified by my family and I about the small wings/ our experience and he did not do anything to rectify our experience. After giving thousands of dollars to this establishment I am saddened to say I will not be back. Definitely a mix of hot and spicy and the best bbq sauce I ever had! A few tips... 1) to go service- it's very spotty. I've had to get my wings replaced because they were cold. To go service can definitely use an improvement. However the manager did his best to rectify the situation. They need more people at times to man the area. 2) Bar- today was my first time at the bar and yawn. They also allow smoking and someone was chiefin a big cigar- yuck. Really good food but docked 2 stars for poor service. Server forgot side of ranch for my wrap, didn't get us utensils, boyfriend was missing his side of fries. Now I know this can happen at restaurants but there was no hustle AT ALL to bring us our missing items. Brought the fries but forgot the silverware and ranch... what's worse is the restaurant was slow so I would've been more understanding if it were busy. Also, the booth in front of us didn't have a server (our server) for about 10min. Ordered waters then dipped out. This place has incredible potential and I'm happy we came across it while searching for a late night dinner. The interior could use some updating (the furniture especially) I had to switch around the chairs because I was rocking around. But overall it's comfortable and spacious. I'm addicted to dips so I had to get their spinach - MMM. I know it's just spinach and cheese but they're doing it right & I love their chips. I also ordered some onion rings but was not a fan of the light crispy version they're churning out. I'm more accustomed to the crispy slightly fluffy better and a thicker juice onion slice. When we came there was a "buy 8 get 8" promo going which I believe runs weekly. I liked their wings (I would recommend getting them a little crispier). So I called the restaurant directly and they told me, "we're not doing Uber eats or anything right now, we just decided to turn our tablets off so we wouldn't get notifications." ugh......my head. I went here last night with my successful friend. Dude has a great business, a great condo, a beautiful girl - and a mohawk. Unbelievable. The hawk made it possible for this tattooed love boy to "fit it" amongst the ex-varisty and spree club patrons. My confidence was shot. I have never been here for food, but I have been here for weekend night entertainment. In the past there has been some ups and downs in the excitement level, but the last two times I have been were super fun. This weekend and the weekend before last both had really fun bands. They were full of energy and both had great play lists. The dance floor was packed and we had such a fun time. The only two complaints I have (and thus the loss of a star) are that at 1:30 sharp lights go on and the crowd is herded out like sheep. The staff switches from friendly to surly in a matter of moments. The second complaint is for some reason the waitress kept crossing the center of the dance floor to deliver drinks. The very crowded dance floor. I understand that it is the most direct route, but really, when you have to shove and yell your way through a crowd (and a dancing crowd at that), you might choose a different path. All in all, great fun in the burbs. read more

This location is pretty much par for the course when it comes to Wild Wing Cafe. It's a safe bet if you're a fan of other locations. I like the selection of wing flavors. And the fact that they offer good drinks for a low price is always a plus in my book. One of these days I'll have to try a burger or other sandwich...I always get wings when I visit. Waited for 13 minutes, still no one, decided to call to try to get attention... Listened as phone rang at desk, to which no still no one came... Very disappointed in the service tonight. We sat at our table for about 10 minutes and no one came over. The waitress came to the table next to us and brought food but turned away before we could get her attention. A few minutes later I went to the bar and asked who our server was and the guy behind the bar sent a waitress over. Same one who ignored us previously. She was pleasant and I asked her if the chicken and friends meal was hot. She said she could make it very mild. It took the food about 30 minutes to come out. I took a big bite (really hungry by now) and almost choked it was so hot! My husband even tasted it and said it was hot. I looked for the waitress but she was not to be found. Waited about 19 minutes and finally went to the bar and asked for hER. The guy manning the bar asked if he could help and I told him my meal was too hot and I wanted something else. He took my order. 15minutes later someone brought my new order. No one came by our table to check on our meals and our waitress was MIA most of the night until it was time to bring the bill. No one apologized for the first meal nor came to remove it. I had to ask the person who brought my replacement meal to take it away to make room on the table. A blonde woman did check on us a couple of times after that, assume she was the manager. I asked her for condiments since the person who brought the replacement didn't ask me if I wanted anything. We got the bill and the first meal was on it plus the replacement. I took the bill to the guy behind the bar and told him about the error And that it should be removed. He said, "Even though you ate some of it?" Seriously? How the hell would he know if I had eaten any of it? Nobody came by our table. Besides the fact that I couldn't eat it because it was too spicy. What would make him say that? How incredibly disrespectful! Instead of telling him just how poor his remark was, I simply stated it was too hot. He adjusted the bill. We paid and left. We showed up with 20+ people for someone's going away party with no notice - they sprung to action and accommodated us in the smoking/bar area. The last 5 times have been a nightmare! And many of these were pre-Covid, so not an excuse in my opinion. Did y'all go under new management sometime in 2018/2019? If so, fire them. We were there with a toddler for over an hour. Your takeout situation is even worse. What do you mean "someone else took my order"? Don't you mean you gave my order to someone else? I expect them to complain when they arrive home and realize the issue. You need a whole new staff. Including management. Clearly based on the other reviews. We started with the buff chips. I don't like blue cheese crumbles but my friends did. However, I was addicted to their sauce!!!! Super tasty! In terms of wings, they nailed it. I like spicy food so I was only eyeing on any flavors that has at least 3 flames. I got a dozen with 2 flavors, fireball and honey lime siracha. Both of them are pretty spicy but fireball, for sure, can make your nose runny and you need a break from that spiciness. I preferred honey lime Siracha as it's not too spicy, you can still enjoy it and eat one after one non-stop. Service: it's a mix. First night, our flight was delayed so we came late, at around 11:24pm, so we sat at the bar with empty stomachs, sadly knowing that the kitchen is closed at 11:15pm, so we were pretty disappointed. All of sudden, the bartender came with a plate of French fries, saying that they had some leftovers and he wouldn't charge us. The second time we came back sitting at the booth. The waiter was pretty indifferent. He didn't even make any eye contact. He just pretty much dropped the food and came back once "still alright?". I do NOT recommend this place at all. First there's the smoke issue. It's worse than any other bar I've ever been in. Then there's the cleanliness issue. They consistently do poorly on their health inspections. The food sometimes comes out undercooked or tastes old. The floors are sticky and if you get a glimpse of the kitchen you'll think twice about eating here. Lunch yesterday. Got there at 11:30 so was surprised they were only just opening the doors. I appreciate that they may be one of the last venues where people can smoke inside but if they want non-smokers to eat there they should probably improve ventilation and cleaning practices. The place smelled like an ashtray to me. Also - it was freezing in there. I found the menu to be sort of pricey for a quick lunch and after considering a lot of $8 to $12 options I elected to get the wing bar for $10.99 - which is a selection of about 6 kinds of wings , 2 soups, and tots. Compared to the other menu options this was a good deal however, I would have preferred a more affordable smaller meal. I'm not really a $15 lunch kind of guy most days. The tots were, well - no imagination required, tots and they were hot. The wings were fresh and tasty but 4 of the 6 were hot+ varieties. Soups were OK. The service was OK but the place was empty. He did NOT greet us himself. 4. We literally just picked up and left in disgust without any greeting, food or beverage. While we were walking out to our car, the hostess was out there and asked, "ya'll leavin'?" We told her about the fact that we waited 10 minutes without being served and she just scoffed and walked back inside without any sort of apology or care. It just takes 10+ minutes to be seated But tonight was last straw. The place was empty and the was three tables of people. One on each wall. I googled "wings near me" after getting off of work on a friday night and Wild Wing popped up. I thought it was A Buffalo Wild Wing franchise at first until I visited the website to see the menu. When I walked in, it was welcoming. The hosts reluctantly greeted me and I headed to the bar area...this is when I realized it was a smoking bar. Lately I haven't been feeling well whenever I visit a smokefilled bar but I was hungry. I sat down, the bar was half full, good mix of people. I was acknowledged by one of the 3 bartenders and she greeted me, asked if I wanted a drink blah blah standard protocol. I asked the bartender if this was a normal Friday night volume and she said it was slower Friday because of the holiday weekend. I could imagine how packed it would be on a non holiday weekend. I ordered the Boss wings and this is where an average wing spot went below average. The wings came out black, and dry. I can understand if it was spiced heavily and thrown on an open fire and charred to a crisp. I've had that before and it's delicious, but this was black and bone dry. Here's my theory: Friday's are usually busy, wings fly out the kitchen every 30 seconds, to stay ahead the cooks precook wings in all 33 flavors to stay ahead and don't fall behind and on this slower Friday they expected it to be busy, precooked everything and stored it under the heating lamp for up to an hour. When I took my first bite I spit it out, couldn't find the bartender, but I was hungry so I ate ab oooout 7 of them. She asked me how it was and I said it was ok...I lied.
