This is my first visit to a Wing Stop. It's located in a Publix shopping center. They have a few TVs if you want to watch sports while you eat. Most of the staff speaks Spanish to each other. They are fairly friendly and welcoming when they come to the front counter to take your order. I decided to try their new chicken sandwich and 10 bone in wings. I like how you can add one of their flavors to the sandwich. This is unique compared to other restaurants offering a traditional chicken sandwich. The wait times are a little long. I placed my order in the restaurant and waited 15 to 20 minutes for my food. It appears that most people call and order ahead of time because a lot of people came in to pick up their food while I was waiting. The food was average at best. The chicken on the sandwich was flavorful but the bun was plain with one or two pickles. Most of the wings were drums with very few flats. The wings appeared to be cooked a little too long because the meat was dry and not very moist or juicy. Being that the restaurant is not close to where I live, I probably will not return and I would not highly recommend the place. read more

My issue was that the wings were under done and the fries were over done. While the option of extra crispy can be chosen while ordering wings, I didn't want crunchy wings so I didn't select that- my mistake, perhaps. The fries were sad in that they had a slight bitter/smoke taste but were soggy. There is a nail salon next door and the smell is overpowering in this Wingstop to the point where you can't smell anything else. I'd never had Wingstop in my life but was always curious, especially during one of my late night cravings. We were driving around trying to find something open around 10pm on a weeknight to no avail. Somehow, we thought of Wingstop, found the closest location and did an online order. The pickup time was 10:15pm, per the online order confirmation. We arrived at this location of Wingstop a little early. It is located in the same plaza as Publix, as well as some other restaurants, including Circle Sushi! We went into Wingstop at 10:15pm, ready for our wings. We ordered the 25 piece wing promo for $16.99 with a side of Cajun fries. We ended up sitting inside for 15 minutes watching them serve a large group of teenagers who were actually eating in the small restaurant. There were quite a few other people also waiting for their wings. While it was only a 15 minute wait, we were definitely a little peeved since the order confirmation told us 10:15, not 10:30. We took our food to go and I'll have to say, I was pretty impressed. We got all boneless wings, which I usually don't go for but was willing to give them a try. The garlic Parmesan was a bit disappointing, since they were a little dry. However, the saucy Korean BBQ and Original Hot were so good. You can order up to 3 flavors with the 25 piece combo, as well as specify how many of each you want, which was pretty convenient. I'm glad we got more of the Korean BBQ and the Original Hot than if the Garlic Parmesan. We also got "lightly seasoned" Cajun fries, which turned out to be "really seasoned." Don't get me wrong, they were super tasty but I can't imagine how seasoned they would have been if we had gotten regular seasoning. If you've got a late night craving, Wing Stop is an affordable way to go. It may not have the best wings but it may be the best late night option for wings! read more

I have ordered here many times and historically had a great experience. Today unfortunatley I did not. I placed an order and the door dash driver delivered it to the wrong location. When I tried to call the driver with the number provided I was screamed at that I had the wrong number despite verifying that was the number listed in the notification. When I called Door Dash they said it Wingstop's problem. When I called Wingstop, they deferred me to corporate. I got a refund request submitted and the agent at corporate was efficent. Still, this experience was disappointing. I understand mistakes happen. What disturbs me however is how no one was willing to try and resolve my problem instead choosing to throw it over the fence. This has to be a joke haha!!!!! I'll try to make this quick... My boyfriend and I went to this location last night, simply because it was close to where we already were (first time). I ordered it online. No issues... When we pull up, the employees are at the counter, looking as if they have nothing to do. One has his elbow resting on the counter, holding his head. I'm thinking OK.... My boyfriend goes inside to get the food, and I see him taking the food out to make sure everything is in the bag. I then see one of the employees slide a ranch across the counter to him. As he is leaving, I see this same employee looking at him with attitude! As soon as he came to the car, I asked him what all of that was about. Apparently, they caught an attitude because he was checking the bag to see if all of our ish was in there!! We encountered Josh who greeted us with a warm smile, used our names in conversation with us and then delivered the best chicken wings I've had since I've been here in GA.
