I explained I had a leaking irrigation supply valve and wanted to get it fixed fast due to hot weather. Johnathan came by for estimate on Tuesday. He noticed the PVB was very old and valves rusted so that needed to be replaced also, but it could wait. I said I only want to cry once! So added that. I had an estimate later that evening and it was quite reasonable. I had mentioned I wanted an estimate for another little job and he said he would throw that in as a courtesy! Awesome! I accepted the quote and they came out that very Friday, dug a huge hole, replaced all the plumbing with commercial quality parts including the PVB, filled in and leveled, and had it all up and ready to go by 4PM! Glue needed to dry overnight, so next day fired it up and all good! Very pleased with the work and the quick response. They take Zelle and checks so none of this cash only thing so many contractors want to do. They handle lots of different services so I'm sure I'll be using them again soon!

My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. If you're considering using this company, I would strongly recommend confirming everything multiple times or looking elsewhere.

Chaz, Swayze and the red-haired arborist (I am so sorry, I forgot his name) didn't scoff at me or try to milk my bank account because of my sentimentality. These folks did an AMAZING job of carefully trimming down our apple tree, bringing it "up", cleaning up the suckers, AND, also trimming up some of our silver maple tree, including taking off a broken branch. These folks also cleaned up my entire yard: branches, sticks, twigs, and fallen apples. A FABULOUS crew, sooooo professional and trustworthy!
