My first appointment (March 23rd) was missed, and I was told it was due to confusion and that my appointment had been canceled by mistake. I accepted the apology and rescheduled for March 31st. Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable.
