Today, the day before the new appointment, I reached out to confirm and was told I wasn't on the schedule again. When I asked for clarification (understandably, since this happened twice), I was met with a rude and dismissive response and told I could "find someone else" if I didn't like it. Mistakes happen but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are not acceptable. I decided to have someone else finish the job and offered to pay for the materials and work completed. He insisted I pay the full amount because I didn't give him a chance to finish it so he "expected the full amount." He then proceeded to call me names and argue although I was offering to pay (more than I should have) for the work completed. A few days later he offered to take me out on a date because he liked how I was "stern and independent." I declined. When I venmoed him the payment, he responded with this and continued to text me unprofessional things because he was upset that I noted it was for the incomplete irrigation. I DO NOT recommend.
