Highly recommend if you're exploring Hoonah! It's a $10 shuttle ride or 1.5 mile walk…read more Came here for a port call and this place was the highlight! We opted in for the $10 shuttle to downtown Hoonah and it stopped right infront of this place. The staff was very friendly and recommended the burrito, which my husband got. He said the burrito was delicious. I got the Right On- omg amazing but portion size for 2. Love the gravy and the biscuit! Perfect savory goodness I wanted. We also got 2 coffees that were great and we continued to drink them as we explored the jetty. The layout was perfect; we opted in to sit inside but they also have seats outside.

They might deserve only 3 stars this trip, last trip was a very solid five. Gave them extra star due only to being locally owned. For the food, it definitely went downhill. Last time biscuits were more flavorful and the gravy was delectable and full of many flavors. This time it's slightly better than the canned country gravy. The eggs, while can tell they are eggs, are extremely dry and overcooked. One of the ladies that helped me seemed to have a wedgie, very tight mannered, kinda pleasant but not at all. The other one who helped me was vice. Still enjoy the location overlooking the dock with some mountains in the background. Don't know what happened but hope they improve to last years level. Really sad, really truly sad. Couldn't even finish the whole plate. Maybe I'll be back if bored bit ship has better food this year. Which is also sad. Edit: Wish could remove the tip, not at all satisfied with service.

If you can, definitely make reservations here. We shared a king crab leg, citrus salmon plate and buffalo wings. Everything was delicious! Service was superb and quick! Our food came out in a timely manner and our waters were constantly filled. Overall I enjoyed eating here. Especially being able to watch the seaplanes take off from our tables window. This is definitely a cool place to visit while in Juneau

Buyer Beware! Junk…read morefees are so 2020. I'm in Juneau, Alaska on a long-term work assignment, and due to the limited restaurant options, I've ended up eating at The Hangar on the Wharf several weeks in a row. Every single time, they tack on a 3-5% "convenience" or "service" fee to the bill -- even when sitting at the bar with average service at best. I've asked ownership multiple times to remove these outdated junk fees and simply price the menu honestly instead of sneaking extra charges onto the check. Many states are now passing laws to prohibit businesses from randomly adding surprise fees to customer bills because consumers are tired of deceptive pricing practices. All this does is hurt employees' tip opportunities and frustrate customers. The food and service simply are not good enough to justify hidden surcharges on top of already high prices. Transparent pricing matters.

Um yes I'm reviewing Zereldas for the 20th time. My fellow Yelpers, you have found the golden goose…read moreof Yelp. This IS the spot. The mecca of flavor and ridiculously good food. EVERY single damn thing that comes out of their kitchen is the single most delicious thing I've ever ate. I know freaking dramatic and I could be bias. But I'm not bias. Why? Because its the honest to God undisputable truth. Now the key to Zereldas is their daily specials. Order the special. Whatever it is, it will blow your mind and brake tha mouth. These guys are the Picassos of food. The chefs of GODS.. Not only that but the dessert case has absolutely ridiculous homeade sweet goodies for upsurdley low prices. I got like the most gourmet, top shelf pineapple upside down mini cake. This thing is probably WAY better than what the rich people get their private chefs to make. And I only paid freaking $8.50 for it. Maybe $8.50 sounds crazy for a mini cake but I can assure you it is in fact way too low of a price for the sheer epicness going on here. I really do think she should atleast charge $15. I mean, even that's too low. Anyway now I'm ranting. Go here, order the special, pick some gourmet next level bake goodfrom the case, then eat it all. Who cares if you get fat. It doesn't matter. We all get a 1 way ticket in this life. So better enjoy it by shoving the best damn food in Alaska down the hatch. Plus your in Juneau, it's beautiful here. Your surrounded by the fairy forrest. After you shove your face, go for a hike. Make sure to carry bear spray and one of those blow horns. Bears like people who smell amazing.... Just saying. Also, make sure to tip atleast 20% even on your takeout order. These guys work hard, kick ass and make GOD FOOD. The least you could do is give a nice tip.
