Croque madame crepe
Stephanie R H.

A group of five ladies "The Alaska Lunch Bunch" enjoyed mimosas and brunch. I ordered the Croque Madame crepe and it was so fabulous with a tangy Dijon drizzle! The establishment is located in Old Town and is often full on the weekends

Received a recommendation, so on a Sunday morning at about 10 am, we got in line on the outside deck. It appeared to be organized chaos but turned out to be a well-oiled machine. You step up and order from the sandwich specials, sweet or savory crepe boards. We went for the Bugie Beef and Crepe Madam. You then find a seat from the quickly turned over rustic tables. The runners serve you, so if you are a big group, everything is made to order and comes out when ready. The staff is friendly and attentive to whatever you may need. Everything was plentiful and delicious. Enjoy!

Great stop. Went on a gorgeous day in Homer and sat outside. Lots of menu options, not just crepes, but the crepe I got was wonderful. I also picked up a sourdough chocolate chip cookie for later that was great. It's counter service but the human working at the counter was friendly and efficient. Folks behind them doing all the cooking and food prep were also friendly. This is a great stop when visiting Homer, and a fun break from the spit if you're feeling overwhelmed. Pair with a visit to old inlet books and a walk to the beach for a great morning in Homer.

If you're in Homer, Alaska, you should definitely check out Honey Bistro. Their mimosas are spot-on, not to mention the baked goods and crepes were really good. The place is cozy, the service is great, and it's the perfect brunch spot.

Delicious food (with very generous portions) and friendly staff in a cute little cafe.

Outdoor seating with a view, drip coffee.

We love this place and stop every time we come through Homer. Great views, fun decor, delicious food (sweet & savory options), even beer & wine if you're feeling saucy. Service was pretty quick considering the line.

This is such a cute spot! If I lived in Homer I would be addicted. I had the hot honey latte and was pleasantly surprised, as well a chunk of the lemon berry monkey bread. Such a fun, tasty treat to start the day. The inside of the cafe is really lovely and I enjoyed the french jazz music. Made for a nice environment to sit and read for a spell. Everyone in the cafe was sweet and thoroughly guided me through the menu when I said it was my first visit. Hopefully I can come back and try a crepe!

Amazing bacon turkey Brie crepe with arugula candied hazelnuts and cranberries.

We come here every time we are in town - today's special was Amazing bacon turkey Brie crepe with arugula candied hazelnuts and cranberries. With a mimosa of course. Love this place and until next time

Crepes

Everytime we visit this crepes do not disappoint. Filled and presented beautifully. I wish there was a bit more seating as it's always pretty busy. Staff are always kind and accommodating.

They have crepes sweet or savory to satisfy every palate. They have a team of baristas running the expresso machines so all your morning coffee weds are met in one stop. Seating it limited in a split dining area. If you can find a table the atmosphere is bright and cheerful.

Their croissants are flakey and delicious. Almond is my favorite. Crepes and pastry's are well worth a visit.

An interesting place, and as it opens very early in the morning, it's a great choice for breakfast…read more It's always been busy when we've been in. The vibe inside is old-fashioned, and features antique ranges, but it's definitely a no-frills type of place. The staff are on the ball, and get you seated quickly, with drinks being served fast, and with a smile. We were there for breakfast on Saturday morning at 8am, but have also been there for lunch (Their onion rings are amazing) i got the eggs benedict with bacon, potatoes on the side, I'm not sure what husbands was called, but it featured biscuits n gravy, 3 scrambled eggs, and choice of bacon or sausage. We both got coffee, and it's a diner, so they come around with the coffee pot constantly offering refills. Benedict was only average today I'm afraid, my egg yolk was jammy, rather than runny. The hollandaise was unusual, and quite salty - not awful, just not the best I've ever had, but equally it wasn't horrible. It would not stop me coming back. The potatoes - i believe they were frozen, and not fresh. Again, not awful, just not the best I've had. The bacon was good, the muffin was good too. I ate most of it, so obviously it was an acceptable meal. Husband ate everything but half a biscuit. I'd probably rate the food we had today at a 3, though i have had better food here, so this is not a rating set in stone, my experience was a 4 star, as the staff are lovely, and service is very good, and i will still come back.

What a great place for breakfast in Homer!…read more Super cute. Super easy to find. And super friendly service. We had about a 10 minute wait which gave us time to look over the menu and some of the history on the walls. Once we were seated at a table our server quickly came over with waters and asked if we wanted anything else to drink. A previous review said it's self service for water - we did not experience that. I had an OJ and my husband at tea. The OJ comes in a massive glass, not the standard water cup size. For breakfast I had the burrito which was super good! I was a little hesitant when it said chipotle tortilla - I wasn't sure what that entailed. I'm still not really sure, but I can say the burrito tortilla was a little crispy which helped keep my burrito together when I ate it. The burrito comes cut in half, which makes eating it way more manageable. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy which he also enjoyed. We will definitely be eating here again when we're in Homer.
