Or maybe you reacted to my veteran father's American flag hat and thought (wrongly) that he voted for Trump? Overall this was an absolutely terrible experience, and I would not recommend this establishment. All I wanted was to find a new critter to care for after mine passed, and you made that impossible.

I've had birds for 25 years and I've never seen anybody do that, but to each their own and then she's not even able to hold the bird and pull the wings out she has to have somebody help her trim the birds. Everything in the store is overly priced. I was talked to and treated. I had a feeling that I should've turned around and walked away. That was my fault. I should've followed my gut instinct. She took one of the birds out to show me that they don't trim two of the feathers, this poor baby looked mangled. He looked unhappy and unhealthy. This is the third review that somebody has written about how bad the birds look. I do believe this pet store is only out for the money they do not care about the well-being of these birds that have not been sold yet. Just so you know, a cockatiel in their store cost $395 plus tax.

I noticed my bird wasn't growing as normally as he should, I received a lot of advice from vets, and a few disagreed with the bird food Rudy's is feeding its smaller birds. Many of the birds are aggressive, skittish, or in distress. The employees were trying to be helpful, but they didn't seem to treat their birds as good as their customers. My bird's bag of feed contained many tiny bugs that I tried to clean out until I found a disgusting amount towards the bottom. I have been giving him more pellets recently, seeing as the employees told me to just leave him on only seeds (Which is not healthy for his growing.) I'm scared for the health of these birds, and many pets with owners taking bad health advice from Rudy's employees.

Another employee told me they had cleaned her multiple times -- which only made it more confusing and frustrating that she was returned to us still in that condition. When my wife called the grooming department, the grooming manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She claimed it was "not her problem" and blamed our dog for being anxious -- as if that excused the fact that this happened under their care. That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional. If a grooming service doesn't believe dogs are their responsibility while in their care, they shouldn't be entrusted with anyone's pet. To make things worse, when I asked to speak with the store manager, I was told she wasn't available and that I'd have to contact another store manager if I wanted to speak with someone -- another way of passing the buck instead of taking accountability. We will never return to Petco for grooming services and strongly recommend that other pet owners take their business elsewhere. Pets deserve care, not excuses and disrespect.

It's made by Joy Hound. They 're called Rip Roarin' Tough and they are really good quality made. The material is like a canvas and it can be washed after being chewed on , slobbered on , in the dirt and rain , you get the picture. His was at least a year old. His favorite is the Hot Dog. He also has the Beer Mug and 2 of the Pizza Slices. There was also like 2 other designs. I play fetch with him everyday with these and they are tough ! I highly recommend them. My only complaints would be they don't offer a Military Discount. Also when I gave them my phone number for my old account when I had 2 cats in Vegas , my account must've been deleted since it's been like 2 years since I shopped at PetSmart.
