Cobb and added salmon
Welexi H.

Ima a sucker for a good salad. My go-to order at Wild Beet is the Cobb salad add salmon and of course you can't go wrong with Miss Vicks smoked house bbq chips. I enjoy making my own salad on the slip of paper/menu and just handing it to the waiter after I made my selections. It makes everything go smoothly when ordering plus the wide glass covering is hard to talk over. The service is really fast I mean you are in and out in less than 10 minutes. So if you are looking for a quick bite to eat for lunch that's healthy, this is perfect.

Okay so the Thai peanut and steak salad are my favorite. I'm eating through the entire menu but each time I want to try something new I end up ordering the mouthwatering Thai peanut salad or the delicious steak salad with blue cheese. I'm going to try my best to order the Salmon salad next time. Salads are chopped but you can request for them not to chop it. Efficient and great service. Definitely check this place out.

Traveling for business and needed diner. Found on Apple map, great find. A filling salad, fresh ingredients, tasty dressing. I returned for lunch ( was very busy and line moved quick) and diner the second night.

I got the Cobb salad add black beans , salmon, and bananas peppers! Let me say this is the BEST salad I ever had ! I wanted something healthy and refreshing and they gave me what I asked for plus more! Will definitely be back to try more things

The quality at this place can be hit or miss--some days are excellent, while others fall short. Today, I was concerned about the cleanliness when I noticed several flies landing on the salad toppings. I recommend that they use covers on all their toppings. Additionally, the salad was unevenly chopped, leaving large chunks. The picture shows one of the flies resting on the dried onions.

Freshly chopped salads! I like how you can choose from a wide variety of choices to custom make your salad or just order straight from their menu. Everything is very fresh and made quickly. I love their sweet tea!

I order salads from here pretty frequently. The salads are so fresh, filling and tasty. I think they are large enough for two people to share or you can split the salad into two main meals. The one thing I don't recommend from here are the "quesadillas". JMO- they are NOT quesadillas and should not be referred to as s

Dry Salmon

Meat very dry and mixed chicken and salmon. I ordered the Greek salad with salmon. During lunch, I guess they are too busy to give quality products!

I was in the area and decided to stop by and check this place out. I've never been here so I was definitely interested in a healthy food store where you could make your own salads. They wasn't busy when I arrived and I was able to jot down the type of salad I wanted plus watch it get made. The salad I created was pretty basic but it was pricey. I ended up paying $18 for a salad but the portion size was huge! I wasn't able to eat all of it and had some leftover. The dressings are homemade which is a plus and the ingredients were fresh. I would definitely return!

This was so good and memorable. I came for Lunar New Year with some friends and we did family style…read moreso we could try everything. I LOVED how the food had spice but it wasn't overwhelming. It added to the flavor without being the only thing to the food. I think everyone's favorite thing of the night was the Sichuan Mala Dry Pot. It had amazing flavor, good spice, and everything in it was just awesome. I genuinely hope it's on the regular menu but I'm not seeing it on the online menu so it will just have to haunt my dreams. It was hands-down the biggest food success we've ever had! Owner, Kristie Jeffrey was a dream to work with: responsive, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping us. The food exceeded every expectation. We intentionally ordered appetizers from IV for the entire party, (not just the vegans), with small signs that read: "For Everyone: It's Delicious AND Vegan." Even so, guests couldn't believe what they were eating. Meat-eaters and long time vegans kept double-checking with me that the food was truly vegan, and I (happily) spent the night sharing where it came from! Highlights: Dogs N' Blankets were FLAKY! To be clear: that's PASTRY with no butter and still perfect hours later* The potato skins with "bacon" "cheddar" and "sour cream" converted my dairy-loving, bacon and sausage-loving, picky husband, and he ignored the omnivore meals we selected from another caterer. Spinach dip, rice and vegetables were all deeply flavorful and comforting. The lasagna! For decades I've reproduced a vegetarian lasagna I learned from a friend who's a private chef in London, and after tasting IM's, I'm officially retired. The vegetables were rich, savory, and beautifully balanced, with a flavorful sauce that comes from the spices and vegetables themselves. *For anyone considering Imagine Vegan for catering, a small but helpful tip: when you bring home items that lose texture with steam (like pastries or potato skins) take them out of the foil containers immediately. Before guests arrived, we kept the skins and DN'Bs in our warmer (vents open-no moisture - or you can low-heat warm in the oven with the door slightly open) then later popped them on to platters that had been sitting on silicone warming mats. Dishes like lasagna, rice, vegetables, and dips hold beautifully in chafing dishes with steam. Everything we served looked and tasted as though it had just come out of Imagine Vegan's kitchen! Guests have complemented us on the food at our previous parties, but NEVER like this. They were shocked to be enjoying animal-product-free food THIS much, and excited to know that we have truly delicious, TRULY healthier Southern food options right here in Memphis. As a vegetarian, the comments made my day. PUT YOUR FAITH in Kristie and her team. They're all lovely and very professional. Kristie is particularly warm, thoughtful, and provides food that will genuinely impress.
