I took the car to JMP Collision Center and they handled everything, including dealing with my insurance company. The scratch was down to the metal and the headlight was fogging up from rainwater leaking in, but when the folks at JMP were finished you couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. The paint job matched perfectly and the new headlight was installed and aligned. All the staff at JMP are courteous and they work fast to try to get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible. Of course when my insurance got involved they really tried to get me to have my vehicle towed to a shop of their choosing in Wenatchee, but I stuck to my guns and insisted that the repairs be done at A&M. During a phone call to the shop on the day my car was hit, the adjuster, myself and the shop (John the owner) were on a three way call discussing the damage. My adjuster was finished getting my info and assumed I had hung up the phone, which was when I got to over hear a conversation in which John really let into the adjuster letting them know that they need to be on top of things and get an adjuster up right away! Chris, the shop manager, kept me updated daily with the progress of my insurance claim (which was taking way too long) and really kept at my insurance company to stay on top of everything. When I picked up the car it looked beautiful (they even vacuumed out my whole car) and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I can not speak more highly of these guys! Remember that you have the right to choose which shop handles your repairs after an accident - don't let the insurance sway you, just so they can cut a deal with the shops.

Upon being delivered in Coeur d'Alene, my brother-in-law took pictures of it being unhooked, and noticed that the way that the driver had Picked it up had caused damage to the front bumper. We showed these to the driver, Wilbur, who lied about doing anything wrong, sent very threatening texts to my son, and has now done the same to me. This is a very expensive very unique truck, and we are pursuing a claim through our insurance. I would not trust this company with a 20 year old Honda Civic let alone a newer more expensive car. Users beware.
