I was in a terrible spot, pulled over on the left hand side but no extra space whatsoever. Cars were zipping by at 60 mph, some not even moving even slightly to give me room. One texting driver and I'd be toast. I called the first listed service- they had an answering service in India. It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I ended up getting referred to Cody from another service. Cody knew I was in a bad spot and literally dropped everything to come bring me gas. He was so awesome! Tip Top Towing was dispatched through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance to tow my vehicle. Through a confusing series of events completely outside of Tip Top Towing's control, another towing company ended up taking the call after it had been canceled on their end. Unfortunately, that company towed my vehicle without communicating with me, leaving me with no idea where my car had been taken. Even though Tip Top Towing was no longer responsible for the call, they refused to leave me stranded with the problem. At Brandon's direction, Mike went above and beyond to help track down what had happened to my vehicle. Top Top Towing helped me get my car to a tire shop as it was almost midnight and they even gave me a ride to the casino so I had a place to sit and wait for the tire shop to open which was about an seven hour wait.
