Once they honored the warranty that price for service was drastically cut and we waited forever for the repair to happen. they refused to honor their work as the seals kept breaking and after they closed the Omak location, they informed us that we would have to travel into Grand Coulee. I hope that someday you mess with someone who can afford to sue you, and it makes you pay out big. Maybe then you will change how you conduct service practices. I wish there was an option to add negative stars to this review because of all the grief you caused us.

After getting the spare on, I found this Les Schwab location was the closest to me and gave them a call to check if they had a replacement in stock. They confirmed they had a comparable tire available, and I was only about 10 minutes away. As I approached--literally stopped at the intersection across the street--one of the techs spotted my RV, recognized I was likely the one who had called, and waved me over with clear directions on where to park. From that moment, the service was exceptional. The technician and the manager immediately got to work on my rig. I handed over the necessary documentation and was pleasantly surprised to be told that the replacement was covered under warranty--no charge! I was back on the road in about 30 minutes, completely taken care of. This kind of friendly, efficient, and professional service is rare. I can't thank the team enough. At this particular Jack's, I stopped in for water and was very impressed: they have those huge square 1.5 Gallon jugs of good water for $1.79. What a deal! They squeegee thing next to my pump had plenty of window cleaner...that's a sign of a well-run gas station. I'm a fan!
