I took the car to JMP Collision Center and they handled everything, including dealing with my insurance company. The scratch was down to the metal and the headlight was fogging up from rainwater leaking in, but when the folks at JMP were finished you couldn't even tell anything had ever happened. The paint job matched perfectly and the new headlight was installed and aligned. All the staff at JMP are courteous and they work fast to try to get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible. There was no call or notice beforehand -- I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer's time. This resulted in multiple wasted trips and forced me to take my business elsewhere. I can't speak to the quality of their repair work, but based on scheduling and communication alone, I would not recommend relying on appointments here.
