Duke went above and beyond for my 89-year-old grandma when the sensor lights on her older vehicle were malfunctioning. Great service! Had a flat tire and needed to replace all 4 tires. Les Shwab was going to charge me $2000. Called around and Kevin's was able to get us in right away AND for half the price. Driving thru town my low Tire light came on so decided to pull up and was greeted by the nice gentlemen. Asked if we wanted the inspection or just put air in the tire? Knowing we're driving back to Seattle area the next day I asked if he could do the inspection knowing they were probably close to closing time. We sat in the office while he inspected my tire and found out I had a nail in my tire. Duke was the man who greeted us and worked on my car. Was there for maybe 45 minutes and bam it was fixed. He took the time to take care of it and he was super friendly and very professional too . The young lady in the office was super sweet too. Could not catch her name. I would highly recommend this place. Oh and charged only $17 to inspect my tire and fix it. What a great deal. Duke deserves a five star rating for sure on his excellent service. Yay I'm confident to drive home tomorrow. read more

I got some brand new tires and took them down to Kevin's tires to have them put on. When I got home one of those brand new tires was leaking.This is the third time something like this has happened to my family's free going to Kevin's. When we took it back down to get it fixed (from their mistake) they told us it was our mistake so we had to buy a $200 new tire. Will never go back! read more

These folks are the best! We've bought 3 sets of tires and one set of nice custom wheels from them ... so far. As a long time resident of the Chelan Valley, I can say, with absolute confidence, that Kevin's Tire Service in Chelan has the best service and THE BEST PRICE$ on the best tires in the valley ... actually you will find them hard to beat no matter where you go! We got a set of Nokian Nordman 5's for our Outback this winter and they are the best snow tires I've ever had. We have 2 Outbacks ... one with the new Nordman studs and the other with (?) another popular brand studded snow tires with lots of good tread ... Just after a wet, greasy snowfall, I had to take 2 runs to slip-slide up our steep drive with the other (?) studs ... I took the car with the new Nordman studs from a dead stop at the bottom of the drive and crawled up the drive without slipping once! I couldn't believe it!! I'll never buy any other snow tires (best price for snow tires in the valley by $80.00 - set of 4) ... I'm sold on these Nokian studs and Kevin's Tires. I give them both the highest recommendation!
