I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was so cheerful and customer service oriented, it really lifted my spirits. After I explained my situation he recommended a better solution than towing. He quickly confirmed with another individual who had a snow plow truck. I didn't want to deal with it that evening and it was dark by then, so he showed up as promised the next morning to scrape the roadway and then pull my car out of the pile of snow. The price was reasonable and since the whole hour wasn't up yet he continued to plow. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Trevor! This was one of those times when it was not just about the work being performed but literally rescuing a customer. I really am so grateful.

We were decently far out of town and had seen only 1 other car come by in the 30 minutes we spent trying to dig out, who also nearly got stuck. We called Tow Pros and they sent a truck out to save us immediately. The conditions were so icy, that they called a second truck out to help winch us out. Never once did either of the Tow Pros guys make us feel silly or embarrassed for needing help - in fact, they just seemed thrilled to be doing their job and helping us, even at midnight in the 18 degree weather.
