Had an engine problem that I could not figure out. I was afraid there was serious damage. They dug in, determined one problem, then continued to test to be sure they had the correct issue identified. Also recommended replacing some items that were overdue for replacement. Vehicle is back to good, and I've peace of mind that we truly resolved the issue. My only issue is a waiting area. I dropped the vehicle off, so I didn't need to wait. But I'm afraid it would be less than comfortable if you had to wait. read more

Catastrophic Repair, Unauthorized Work, and Extortion -- Exposed by NAPA Corporate! I brought my van to Chad's Quick Auto in Chelan strictly to address an overheating problem, which required diagnosing and installing a new thermostat. Instead, this shop performed completely unauthorized work and hit us with a shocking $1,600 bill for an unrequested oil change and oil filter housing. Because we were out of town and stranded in Chelan, they used our situation to their advantage. We had to pay their extortionate costs just to get our van back so we could drive home and get to work. The van ran significantly worse than when we brought it in to them. We took it to Scotty's Auto Repair in Moses Lake, (highly recommend, their 5 star review is coming soon) where their team discovered that Chad's had put the entirely wrong radiator fluid into our vehicle and a faulty oil filter housing causing it to leak profusely. Genn at Scotty's acted as a fierce advocate for us. When she called Chad's to hold them accountable, they spoke to her in a completely inappropriate manner over the phone. Because Chad's refused to take responsibility, Genn bypassed them entirely and escalated the issue directly to NAPA Corporate under the NAPA Auto Care Peace of Mind Warranty. Because Chad's work was so flagrantly improper and defective, NAPA Corporate approved the claim and covered 100% of the parts and labor required to flush the system and fix Chad's dangerous mistakes. NAPA's own corporate intervention proves Chad's work was faulty. Avoid Chad's Quick Auto Chelan at all costs--they perform unauthorized work, price-gouge stranded travelers, and execute defective repairs. read more

My Ford Escape had a failed Coil pack. I was on my way home to Puyallup and pulled in to Quick Auto in Chelan.. Not only were they able to fix my rig right they actually did it very QUICK . The customer service was top notch. Kirsten was very helpful and did what they promised and when they promised. They got me in right away and I was on the road later that day. My daughter and her friends were traveling across the country, they broke down in Chelan and managed to get their van over to Quick Auto clinic. I, living in Los Angeles, called Carl and Debbie (owners of Quick Auto) to see how the van was and what the cost was going to be. My daughter and her friends up until this point had been on an extended road trip, traveling the country and camping. Chelan was in the middle of a record heat. Not only did Debbie and Carl get the van fixed for a more than reasonable price, they offered the girls an air conditioned trailer to stay in until the van was ready for the road. Carl and Debbie are truly amazing and caring people that went above and beyond to help my daughter as well as put her worrying father's mind at ease. I have been bringing my cars to Quik for several years. Recently, I had a problem with my F150. I needed the truck repaired within 2 days to make a scheduled trip. I called Quik and explained the situation. They found time to fit me in to their busy schedule and repair the F150 on time for my trip. Their customer service was friendly and honest. Unless they are calling themselves "Quik" ironically this is not an accurate name. They kept our car for a month and a week, and all it needed was a fuse replaced. We kept calling, and every time were told that they would be working on it that day. There was always an excuse why it wasn't done the day before, including leaving town for a week without letting us know beforehand. My husband finally called and said that he was very disappointed because we had heard so many good things. We both work in customer service, and he said he would not be recommending them in the future and that we just wanted our car back. The woman on the phone (who owns the business with her husband) responded by screaming at him and saying that she was going to call his boss. WHAT? Terrible customer service, and truly unprofessional. read more

My daughter's alternator went bad just as she was arriving from Colorado. Debbie was awesome and diagnosed the issue and recommended installing an On/Off switch for the battery as the car would be parted for long periods during the winter. Our truck stopped running while pulling our 40feet RV to the North Cascade highway six miles out of Chelan. AAA recommended Quick Auto Clinic. When I called them at 4:30pm they offered to allow us to keep our RV in the back lot of the shop until the next morning when they would take a look at the truck. By 9:30am the next day, we were back on the road to enjoy our week long trip. These are really good folks running this shop. We have been RVing for years and this was our first time breaking down on the side of the road so we were pretty stressed out by the whole experience. Coming in Chelan for our wedding our truck started to make an odd noise in the front right tire. We took it to Les Schwab and they mis diagnosed it. We took it to Quik auto where Debbie actually ran along side the truck to listen to the sound. She nailed it. It was in the hub. (Les Schwab said it was a belt). Although they were slammed they squeezed us in and got us to our rehearsal on time. I can't say enough about the quality of their work or they're outstanding service. Highly recommend! read more

After being insulted at an auto repair shop in Chelan I began my quest for finding a new place to get an oil change. I happened to spot Quik Auto Clinic while at Les Schwab. (Quik Auto is directly behind Les Schwab) I stopped in and made two appointments for two of my vehicles. The owners are kind, warm, and professional, the oil change was completed within a hour of the car being brought in, the price of the work was fair and they even washed my windows. You don't have to be insulted or drive to Wenatchee for an oil change. Keep up the great service and great attitudes, you do a fantastic job! read more

So we need to comment on a most excellent automotive service in Chelan, WA. Today under duress we went to Quick auto Clinic. Not only was the service outstanding but the level of personal care also super! My wife and myself have been in the service business for over 30 yrs. and it's so very refreshing to experiencing such great service. Quik Auto is the best! Not only are they mechanically skilled, they are also super warm and friendly people. They quickly figured out the problem with my car (what had appeared to be a major issue - the car had to be towed to the shop! - fortunately turned out to be extremely minor).
