Once he received my service call for a tow he called me to let me know what his estimated ETA for his arrival was which was very much appreciated because I was very worried I would be waiting for many hours. Then when he was about 15 minutes away from arrival he text me to let me know and said it was OK for me to ride back in the tow truck which was awesome because my husband was at work and I was over 20 miles from home so it would have been a long walk in the dark down hwy 17. When he arrived he was super polite, handled my vehicle with care and was well prepared for how to seemlessly get my little car loaded & hooked up to be towed safely. I was in the middle of a VERY long hold on a phone call with the delivery company I was working for & delivering a Home Depot order when he arrived, he was so polite & asked for my permission to move my car how he needed to position it accordingly. When I got into the tow truck he was super friendly and chatted with me the entire way home so the ride wasn't awkward at all. When we arrived at Les Schwab he again unloaded my car with care, precision & skill. I also still didnt have a ride home even though we were back in Moses Lake so I was going to walk home but he gave me a ride back from Les Schwab to my home in Knolls Vista. He knew I was a delivery driver & that I was in the middle of a Home Depot delivery when my car blew the tire. He offered to take the bag of cement I was delivering with us so I didnt have to come back to get it before I returned it to Home Depot. Yuri was ABSOLUTELY Aaamazing Start to Finish! There was'nt anything that he could have been more amazing at. Today was a bad day for me because Im down & out to be able to work and make money.... but Yuri TOTALLY Saved the day!!!! Yuri spoke to us promptly after we contacted our insurance co's Roadside Service arm. His encouraging tone and proffered personal cell number were reassuring. Midway through orientation, we changed the original, smaller, city we had chosen as a destination to a larger one, somewhat farther away (there was a dealership there). Yuri was cheerfully adaptable and said he would drive us and the vehicle anywhere. He was very diligent about the actual towing and safety issues regarding our car and us. He was sensitive to our comfort in his rig and offered to stop anywhere along what was a pretty long ride. Yuri has honesty and moral values we appreciate. I Friendly…read moreapproached him while he was slowly rolling in his tow truck through the complex, I begin with pointing out my car and explaining how I'm a HCA working a few hours a day, 3 days a week and that I have permission to park where I do, he was somewhat nice in the beginning, stating that there was no guarantee he or someone else wouldn't marked my car for towing (completely understandable) and he explained I needed to get with the office for a parking pass, (Ive mentioned this to office staff and it's not a high priority) as i agreed that something needed to be done to help us and them from wasting your company's time marking cars that don't need to be, he decides to interrupts me to tells me I need to take two steps back, that I came at him all hostile in the beginning... I was absolutely in shock. I sit here now writing this now wondering if I came at him hostile in the beginning, then why not tell me that when the first sentence came out of my mouth? I walked away baffled and wondering how did a simple conversation turn to a "hostile" one. I'm a 5 foot 5 woman in scrubs... Never would I ever do business with people who conduct themselves this way.
