Fantastic honest service. Had to have my truck and trailer towed over thirty miles and then have my trailer stored for over a week. Decent prices, secure storage, nice people. I hope I never need a tow again but wouldn't hesitate to use Moses Lake Towing! read more

Do not use anybody else! Dispatch was great (Alan) driver was great! You will not find better towing operation. Fast, professional and reasonably priced! They towed our vehicle with a trailer literally in the middle of the night from George WA all the way to Spokane Valley. Outstanding all around! read more

When I broke down with 2 of my kids about 20 miles or so from home, these guys not only towed my car home but made sure we got home safe at no cost. The driver was patient, respectful, and great with my 3 year old sons questions lol. Definitely recommend them! read more

We had a blowout on I-90 about 15 miles west of Moses Lake. We have roadside assistance so our agent gave us Alan's number at Moses Lake Towing. Sitting out on the freeway at near 90degree temps is not a fun way to spend an afternoon, but Alan sent Ivan out to rescue us. In short order he had the blown tire removed only to discover our spare wasn't even for our rig. But, he lugged the remaining wheel/tire down and we limped to Commercial Tire. We were so impressed with Ivan and him shaking our hands and making sure we got down the road! I'd highly recommend this tow company! read more

Our car broke down in Ritzville pretty late in the afternoon. Joaquin got to us within 40 minutes, leaving almost immediately to help us. Not only was he kind and gracious but he took us to an auto repair shop in Moses Lake and helped diagnose our car. He was tremendously helpful and we would have been pretty out of luck had it not been for him. read more

We broke down 10 miles east of Moses lake. Allen sent a truck to get us in our rv. After inspection at his yard we realized it was a transmission failure that would not be fixed in any time soon. He then personally towed my rv to our camping spot in Vantage and had his son transport my son and his girlfriend in his own car to our site. Old school services here, one of the best. Saved our vacation. Very reasonable price. read more

I was driving home to Moses Lake from Ellensburg, when I hit something in the road near the end of the Vantage bridge. I was able to pull off the exit, to the safety of the shoulder. I called Moses Lake Towing. They were able to be there in under 90 minutes and towed my car to Les Schwab. The rates were reasonable, but their service was outstanding! Very friendly and helped me out in a situation I never imagined I'd be in. They even called State Patrol for me. I can't recommend them enough! read more

If they had a burn a business down rating id mark that! I found out about them having a car i sold 6months ago less than a week from them auctioning it off and making me pay a 1500 dollar impound fee because the guy i sold it 2 didn't transfer the title! They didn't give me a option to do anything at all they are pieces of shit that should never be allowed to own a business much less work at one. Thanks to the unprofessionalism of this company i will be loosing my driver's license and following that right away my job then my house. If they would have done things like real human beings especially during this covid crisis i might not be loosing every single thing that I own. But because i was never told that they had it im gonna be homeless yay read more

We recently broke down in route to Colfax. Not only did Junior respond quickly, but he called a co-worker, Joaquin, who diagnosed the problem. Junior graciously let us borrow his truck to drive 20 miles to Ephrata, to pick up the part as the Moses Lake store did not have it in stock. Joaquin replaced the defective part and rinsed off the repair area as it was covered with diesel. They sent us on our way with "sorry it took so long"!! If it wasn't for them, we would have had to spend the night. He even called us later to make sure everything was ok. Junior and Joaquin set the bar high for service and excellence. Thank you. The best part - TOW TRUCK KARAOKE. Nothing passes the time like belting Phantom of the Opera, Queen and other classics while driving through the Palouse. It will forever be a bright and hilarious memory on what started as a pretty rough day. I highly suggest Agri-fix and karaoke for your towing and emotional needs. 5 stars.

Initially I had considered writing a very poor review. But I came to the understanding that my…read moreimpression of Agri-Fix as a company was way off. I was in a very tight financial vise at the time that my car's lower ball joint snapped while the car was in motion. The one and only option I could afford at the time was to let Agri-Fix take my car to their yard, and attempt to initiate contact between them and my insurance company. My insurance company wound up not being willing to work directly with them, and rather only allowed for me to receive a reimbursement for the tow once I had paid upfront. Due to several mutual miscommunications and misunderstandings, I had trouble getting my car released from the yard, which was a problem considering I was to be charged rent for storage each day it remained there. I became very angry and convinced the company was being intentionally dodgy, in order to squeeze me for money I did not possess. I called Agri-Fix later on with a question about a charge, and found myself speaking to the wonderful owner, Amy. I told her about the miscommunications derived from the employees I had been in contact with, and how what should have been an event that led to the immediate release of my car, I wound up with 11 days of storage fees, each at $89. Rather than ignore me, Amy listened and understood, and did her best to personally see to it that it be made right. She and I worked out a price option that I could afford and didn't diminish her work's value. It is only because of this integrity, on her behalf, that I will be able to afford my bills. I want to note that the miscommunications that occurred were not in poor reflection of her team, but rather simple misunderstandings. Thank you to Agri-Fix, for being willing to operate as a human oriented company, and for the owner's honor and kindness. I would highly recommend Agri-Fix for all. I would add, especially those unnerved about being taken advantage of; for my personal experience with them has proved to be of honesty and character.

Yuri spoke to us promptly after we contacted our insurance co's Roadside Service arm. His encouraging tone and proffered personal cell number were reassuring. Yuri was cheerfully adaptable and said he would drive us and the vehicle anywhere. He was very diligent about the actual towing and safety issues regarding our car and us. He was sensitive to our comfort in his rig and offered to stop anywhere along what was a pretty long ride. Yuri has honesty and moral values we appreciate. Once he received my service call for a tow he called me to let me know what his estimated ETA for his arrival was which was very much appreciated because I was very worried I would be waiting for many hours. Then when he was about 15 minutes away from arrival he text me to let me know and said it was OK for me to ride back in the tow truck which was awesome because my husband was at work and I was over 20 miles from home so it would have been a long walk in the dark down hwy 17. When he arrived he was super polite, handled my vehicle with care and was well prepared for how to seemlessly get my little car loaded & hooked up to be towed safely. I was in the middle of a VERY long hold on a phone call with the delivery company I was working for & delivering a Home Depot order when he arrived, he was so polite & asked for my permission to move my car how he needed to position it accordingly. When I got into the tow truck he was super friendly and chatted with me the entire way home so the ride wasn't awkward at all. When we arrived at Les Schwab he again unloaded my car with care, precision & skill. I also still didnt have a ride home even though we were back in Moses Lake so I was going to walk home but he gave me a ride back from Les Schwab to my home in Knolls Vista. He knew I was a delivery driver & that I was in the middle of a Home Depot delivery when my car blew the tire. He offered to take the bag of cement I was delivering with us so I didnt have to come back to get it before I returned it to Home Depot. Yuri was ABSOLUTELY Aaamazing Start to Finish! There was'nt anything that he could have been more amazing at. Today was a bad day for me because Im down & out to be able to work and make money.... but Yuri TOTALLY Saved the day!!!! My car is where it needs to be for repair & Im home safely. He literally provided the ABSOLUTE BEST Service I have EVER had! If I could give him 500 STARS I would. Thank You Yuri, you were exceptional! If I was ever needing a tow service again I want it to be Yuri w/ Basin Towing & Repair LLC in Moses Lake. Thank you kindly for all your efforts, you are BEYOND APPRECIATED!!
