I literally made a Yelp account just to say how great these guys are!!…read more Late Saturday night, on our way home from a long day of work and travel, my wife and I hit a sudden stretch of ice that sent our ford expedition spinning off the road into the deep snow on a slanted hill. We were decently far out of town and had seen only 1 other car come by in the 30 minutes we spent trying to dig out, who also nearly got stuck. We called Tow Pros and they sent a truck out to save us immediately. The conditions were so icy, that they called a second truck out to help winch us out. Never once did either of the Tow Pros guys make us feel silly or embarrassed for needing help - in fact, they just seemed thrilled to be doing their job and helping us, even at midnight in the 18 degree weather. And they did it quickly! They gave us tons of tips and encouragement while saving our butts and for an incredibly fair price. 10 out of 5 stars

When I came to pick up my vehicle, it still had trouble shifting. When I asked them why it wasn't fixed, they told me the clutch wasn't the problem and it was fine, but they had replaced it...they charged me $1326 to replace a clutch that they admitted they knew was perfectly fine. Why didn't they call me before replacing the clutch? I had my car towed to another mechanic and it was correctly diagnosed. It was the transmission. I went to ask Ken and Brandon for details on why they chose to replace a perfectly good clutch. I had three simple questions and Ken and Brandon became argumentative. Ken used profanity and became physically violent. It escalated to such a point that I felt in danger and called the police. I cannot recommend Ken's Automotive shop to anyone. From beginning to end this was a terrible experience. Also, if you were a woman they will definitely try to take it vantage of that fact, and either overcharge you or intimidate you. I'm honestly shocked this place is still in business.

I Friendly…read moreapproached him while he was slowly rolling in his tow truck through the complex, I begin with pointing out my car and explaining how I'm a HCA working a few hours a day, 3 days a week and that I have permission to park where I do, he was somewhat nice in the beginning, stating that there was no guarantee he or someone else wouldn't marked my car for towing (completely understandable) and he explained I needed to get with the office for a parking pass, (Ive mentioned this to office staff and it's not a high priority) as i agreed that something needed to be done to help us and them from wasting your company's time marking cars that don't need to be, he decides to interrupts me to tells me I need to take two steps back, that I came at him all hostile in the beginning... I was absolutely in shock. I sit here now writing this now wondering if I came at him hostile in the beginning, then why not tell me that when the first sentence came out of my mouth? I walked away baffled and wondering how did a simple conversation turn to a "hostile" one. I'm a 5 foot 5 woman in scrubs... Never would I ever do business with people who conduct themselves this way.
