We purchased our Kioti tractor last year, during the height of the pandemic. It was hard finding ANYthing in stock for our new home. Fortunately, Hartill's had 3 coming on a truck with two spoken for. I told them I wanted the third one. The sales process couldn't be any easier or more hassle-free. Our tractor was delivered in a couple weeks (versus 3 months!) and we've been VERY happy with it. Fast-forward to today - we wanted a small(er) riding mower for areas around the house. Hartill's had them in stock where others were not. Again, hassle-free, easy, breezy sale. The service is about as good as it gets. Deals are made with a shake of the hand (thankyouverymuch) and always with the utmost courtesy. Anytime we've phoned with a question, they are always responsive and patient with us. Just not enough good things to say.

Wish they were American made but you have to give them credit. They are fantastic and rock solid dependable. Really nice people there and knowledgeable and honest. I haven't needed a new tractor yet but It'll be purchased from them because of the way they take care of you on repairs. Thanks, Christian
