I appreciated the transparency about the potential range of outcomes. Even though they didn't have the replacement part in stock, Zachary checked with the technicians in the back and had someone come take a look. They ended up patching the panel so it would stop scraping and be safe to drive, and they did the quick fix at no charge. Overall it was a helpful experience. They took a moment to help me out even though it wasn't a full repair job that day, and the staff was straightforward about what the possible repairs might involve.
