My insurance company recommended Anderson's Autobody for some work to be done on my Tundra because I hit a deer. They got me in that same month and out the same month, working around my travel schedule perfectly. They were even done ahead of time and willing to hang onto my truck a little while. Not only did they do the insurance work beautifully but they also helped a pre-existing dent I had (just offered, I didn't even ask!) which was so considerate and thoughtful. I had hit some black ice and did a good job on my rear bumper and side panel. The auto body I had used for years was now closed due to retirement. So I went on my insurance company's recommendation. Boy, am I glad I did. They are probably the nicest, most down to earth people I have met. Honest (when parts came in, it was discovered that they came with other parts. He told me about it and adjusted the bill). I was notified of my cars repair progress every step of the way. Since it was the holidays, I expected it to take a little longer. Well, they finished five days ahead of schedule. And my car looks brand new. They have a Thrifty car rental on site. Seriously, use them. Dale worked with me to get me an all wheel drive for what insurance paid per day. So much nicer than the competitor who tried to overcharge me for a two wheel drive. Not to mention convenient! Drop of your car, drive away in a rental. Turn in the rental and drive away with your better than new car! If you can't tell, I highly recommend this company. This is going to sound insane but I actually regret the past 3 decades of prudent driving because I've missed out on meeting the fabulous people at Anderson's Autobody! Sooner or later, everyone's luck runs out and I had an argument with a lilac bush that resulted in some rather ugly damage to the front end of my Subaru (hit the very last patch of ice of winter!). David was prompt, friendly, courteous and non-judgemental working up an estimate that took into account the fact that there was probably more damage than could be seen from outside the vehicle. Parts were ordered. When I brought the car in for repair Wednesday morning, I was anticipating that the job would take a week. The car was back in my hands by noon on Friday, looking all shiny and new and within the estimated budget. The crew at Anderson's is warm, friendly, and extremely professional. WOW! Super impressed by Anderson's... I am not a car girl. Usually so annoying to enter an autobody place and be made to feel like an idiot for not knowing everything... that certainly wasn't the case here.
