The staff there was excellent as being friendly, informative and very helpful along the way. We took it in on a Friday and got it back on the following Friday, which is amazing. Northwest Autobody - Our repaired 2019 Subaru Ascent. - Body Shops Near Me - Ponderay, Idaho

Yesterday I went to pick up my tailgate that Northwest Autobody repaired and instead of installing the tailgate right then and there, they took the lazy route and asked if they could put it in the back seat. I had blankets and towels and I told them to please make sure it isn't scraping against the inside of the doors. When I got home and unloaded the tailgate, my leather arm rests were badly damaged to the point I will have to replace them. The sheer laziness of the two people who loaded the tailgate are responsible for this. I plan to call the manager today and ream them out. I will never use these guys again. read more

Huge shoutout to Corey who helped me every step of the way - the rest of the staff was awesome too but Corey saw me through from start to finish. My MIL ran into another car while driving my truck and through the insurance issues and nonsense these guys guided me through, helped me come up with a perfect plan for getting the truck fixed up and made me a good price for ending up paying cash. $7,300 later they detailed it very well (I had it cleaned professionally on the inside before drop off and they didn't disappoint giving it back in better condition they received it) and fixed all the things needing fixing on the outside. The truck is good as new and comes with an awesome warranty regarding the work they did. I'd recommend them and go back for any of my needs. I was rear ended and received a quote from the Ponderay Northwest Auto body shop, which was the highest quote in town. They took pictures and sent me an email with an estimated quote stating they are ready to move forward. Without hesitation they ordered parts with out any contract made between myself and the auto body shop. And now are forcing me to pay a ridiculous amount of money for their mistake. They harass me and continued to state they need payment. Now they sent the bill to collections which I will be disputing. I don't recommend trusting these folks and how they conduct business, EXTREMELY Unprofessional. I will never seek assistance through this shop. read more

I received some of the most caring and professional services from this company. My mother became very sick and was hospitalized while my Rav was being repaired. They pulled together to get the repairs completed so I could go to see her. Within a week , my mom passed away and we were in an accident (same side but missed the previous repairs ! ) I placed it in their hands and again they did an outstanding job ! My window came off of the track, due to a door slamming. Even though it was just after a major snowstorm, and they were slammed, they said bring it in anytime and we will look at it. I went to the shop. There was no waiting. They pulled my car into the shop, tore the door apart, fixed the problem, put the door back together and I was on the road in twenty minutes. My 2010 Toyota Tacoma was hit and run in the front bumper by some fool who obviously does not care about anyone but themselves. I contacted Northwest Auto Body in Ponderay to see about an estimate. They immediately won me over by their professionalism on the phone, and there competitive price. I made the appointment and they walked me through the entire process, and said that they would treat my pickup like it was brand new. I received a phone call from them, they found that one of the headlights had a slight crack in it. They said that they already contacted the insurance company and that they are covering it. They went above and beyond to help me. Took all the stress out of it for me. It took less time than expected to be repaired, and when I picked it up, I was blown away at how awesome my pickup looked!! My pickup literally looked brand new again. I was so happy. They walked me through the repairs, and I was on my way. Upon entering the pickup, they even detailed the interior, WOW!!! Talk about great customer service! This repair shop has won me over for a lifetime. The customer service is incredible, the repairs look as if it just rolled off the showroom floor.
