Wish they were American made but you have to give them credit. They are fantastic and rock solid dependable. Really nice people there and knowledgeable and honest. The latest was a windshield ding that started to grow in the 2 miles it took to find Parker's Glass at its (very) convenient location. Now, to their credit, once one of their (two) techs came back from lunch, he got right on the job. But, there was a bit of a wait while BOTH were gone and for the manager to get off the phone. However, this really is not bad service for a "walk-in." Total time there was about an hour. The tech had also found two other dings I hadn't noticed. Once he was done, I couldn't even tell where the impact "star" on my windshield was! The price (for what I'm assuming 3 spots) was relatively decent. And, again, for walk-in service I can't complain.
