Came in for oil change and state inspection. Capri provided a very friendly check in at the service desk. She then offered me a Wiesner oil change/rotation coupon, since I brought one from the wrong competitor. I did not have an appointment, but they said no problem. Comfortable waiting room with free wifi. Staff offered us bottles of water while we waited. Also, free coffee machine available for customers. I had been looking at new cars from different dealers and decided to go to Wiesner due to pricing and its close to my home. I got off work early and drove in a rainstorm from Jersey Village to Conroe to purchase a car. I finally make it, walked in (usually car sales people are like vultures) and nobody said anything to me. I walked up to a woman in the service department (heaven forbid I interrupt her waiting to get off work - New Year Eve) and ask for Ruben, who had sent me an email wanting to assist me with my purchase. She had him paged. I walked around waiting... waiting... waiting... still nobody asked if they could help me - several sales men were shooting the bull with each other - looked at me but never broke stride in their conversation with each other. I continued to wait (giving the benefit of a doubt - cause it was raining - but they ain't going to melt). I took a couple of work calls while waiting. This is over 30 minutes since Ruben was paged. I'm standing at the front desk and a mother and daughter walk in and - I'll be damn if there wasn't someone right there asking to help them. I took one more work call call - I was vocal... "I'm at a dealership and nobody seems to want to make a sale - Fuck this place." I left. I know a lot of other dealerships that would want my money! read more

Why bother making an appointment? You get treated the same as a walk in! Service tells you about 45-60 minutes for an oil change. It takes 105 minutes with an appointment. I'll go to Jiffy Lube next time. Come on people either honor the appointment or eliminate using it. read more

30,000 mile service on 2007 Hyundai Tucson. Booking service was a breeze, Jill was very friendly and helpful, even gave me a coupon for 20% off (because the ones I had brought were not valid). I was offered transportation. The service manager, Jordan, was excellent at communicating progress and asking for authorization of additional work. I can't comment on the quality of the work performed yet as only time will tell. It was expensive, but that's been my experience everywhere else. Slight snafu over paperwork kept me waiting about 5 minutes, but otherwise the experience was excellent. read more

It's disappointing for this organization to over promise and under deliver. It would be nice if the service department would communicate timely when vehicles will not be delivered as promised. Maybe it would be better not to make commitments to avoid confrontations. If the service deportment is going to stay open until 7pm then why not have someone with the authority to make decisions onsite during posted hours? Looking for my daughter a car, called Weisner and the gentleman that I spoke with gave me the price of the car and how much it would be out the door. Well, when I get up there and talk to another salesman, Marcus, he tells me that I was misquoted the price! I left with no car...the next morning I emailed the GM, I get a call later that day from Marcus. They were able to verify my call and the conversation, GM offers car to me at just a couple hundred more than I was originally quoted. I went straight there and signed the papers! I bought my Sonata from Wiesner before moving to Round Rock so I've taken my vehicle to Round Rock facility for all service needs. I was in Conroe visiting family and needed an oil change and was having some shuddering in my brakes. I scheduled an appointment with Wiesner's facility to take care of both issues. I specifically told the serviceman, Jordan as it was listed on my paperwork, that the brakes have been shuddering for the past few days. He told me he would have it looked at. Afterwards he told me there was nothing wrong with brakes. Trusting him to know more about cars than I do, I took his word for it. Well the shuddering continued more and more after my visit so I took it into the Round Rock dealership. As soon as I told them about the shuddering they knew something was wrong with the rotors. Instead of Weisner telling me about the problem they let me leave without knowing how serious the problem was. Now its going to cost me almost $300 in repairs to the rotors. I will never buy a vehicle from Weisner ever again nor take my car there to be service. read more

One of the main reasons I brought my car in is because I paid $1,000.00 to have after market leather seating. But for some reason the back of my drivers side seat keeps coming apart. I took the car in and they were quick about the service, but I've noticed that the back of the seat has come off again. I'm not sure if it came loose again the same day but I actually noticed the problem two days later as I was entering my car. I'm feeling really disappointed because I felt that getting the leather seats was an improvement or upgrade, that is why I paid the extra money. Now, I would be embarrassed for anyone to ride in my car and see this. I feel that I basically paid extra to have the seats ruined in my brand new car. I purchase a 2004 volvo from Marc on march 26. Drove it home and then back to them for some repairs. I live across the street from where i work so it sat for week. When i went to drive it ,it would not start. So had it jumped and drove it for an hour or so. Drove it for 2 days and then it sat again for 4 days ,and again it didn't start. Jumped again. Drove it the next day to the volvo dearlership to find out what is going on with the car. Had to have work done and paid 200 dollars. But,wait i got the extended warranty that i was sold by Joy. Daniels that i was tolded i would not have to pay any out of pocket money. Not true. It gets better. I drove it back to Weisner and they had it for 3 days. Installed a new speaker and some new fuse. Got halfway home and had to drive back for some beeping sound. My car was still having the starting problem and was told to take back to a volvo dearlership because i had a warranty. Well i took to my mechican and 1000 dollars,plus another 800 for new tires it still has problems. I have contacted several people at weisner and of course no one will talk to me. All i want is my car to drive !!! I have had this car for 2 months and driven it 300 miles and invested 2000 dollars into a car that has lots of problems. I went to this dealership because i had read reviews and thought i could trust them,but iwas taken advantage of by them.Please beware of this dearlership and nevet buy the warranty. read more

Can I give less than one star? I responded to an internet ad offering a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek for a stated price. I live in California and was looking for a Crosstrek for my daughter who lives in New Orleans. I was dealing with Rashelle Fergurson for the sale. I arranged for a friend who lives in a Houston to make an hourlong drive to the dealership to check out the car. After he test drove the car, I started to negotiate with Rashelle with the intention of buying the car. Then, for the first time, I was told that the car had some sort of great software "hardwired" into the car that added an additional $1895 to the cost, Because it was "hardwired," that cost could not be eliminated. In other words, their real offering price was actually $1895 more than their advertised price! And I was not told this until after I had spent two days communicating with Rashelle, and after I had imposed on my friend to drive two hours to and from the dealership to look at a car that I had no interest in whatever at the undisclosed "real"price. This is as sleazy and deceptive a sales practice as I have ever experienced. Good luck to you if you buy a car from them. read more

This is my Third Hyundai. I put a lot of miles on my 2011 Sonata. When I was receiving emails and mail about equity in my car and that Hyundai could lower my payments and get me in a newer car with no money down, I was interested. Ron was outstanding. He was a straight forward salesperson. I felt that he had my best interest. Not sure if I was going home with a new Sonata, I was elated that not only "did" I go home with a new Sonata, I went home with the New and improved Sonata. 2015 Sport in Beauty Black. Our family purchased a car from this dealership in December and it was a very pleasant and great experience. When we got ready to purchase a car for my daughter, we decided to return. The salesperson David was excellent both times. My husband and the salesperson negotiated the deal. My husband had to leave and all we had to do was finish the final paperwork.Everything was great until we got ready to take care of the finance part. The finance guy was extremely rude, arrogant and sarcastic. We had our own financing taken care of before going to the dealership. We were going to put money down on the car. The finance guy, John, began to argue with us. He stated we never said we were going to put money down and refuse to redo the paperwork. The salesperson and the manager apologized for his behavior. I don't believe he would have behaved this way if my husband would have been there. It is unfortunate in this day and age that women are still treated this way at car dealerships. read more

This is a review for purchasing from Hyundai - I've noticed many of the negative reviews out there are for the repair shop, and hopefully I won't have to worry about that for a long time! I recently moved down to Houston from Michigan, and as it was a quick move, I knew I wouldn't have much time to car shop and wanted to knock out a deal and get paperwork/down payment started before moving down so I could just grab the keys and go. A pretty unusual circumstance I understand, which was confirmed when I started calling around to all the different Hyundai dealerships asking for quotes. I knew exactly what I wanted, and purchasing a brand new car I wasn't so worried about test driving the exact vehicle. Most of the other dealers I called around didn't listen to what I needed - they would ask me to come in for a test drive that week (when I had explained I wouldn't even be in the state for another couple of weeks) or would just refer me to their website when I asked for their prices/availability. As a note, the "eprice" you'll see on a lot of dealer sites are the absolutely lowest you can get with ALL discounts (teacher, military, previous Hyundai owner, etc etc) and rarely can I see someone qualifying for all of them. It felt like I was the one putting in the effort for the sale, and like I wasn't being taken seriously because I wasn't walking through their front door. At some point during my search I e-mailed Wiesner Hyundai for a quote. I can't remember the name of the initial woman who replied to my inquiry but she passed me off to Ron. Ron was AWESOME. He was great at keeping in contact with me, letting me know exactly what information he needed to get the deal started before I came down. While they didn't have the exact model/color I wanted, he told me they were getting one in soon and if it wasn't in Houston by the time I was, they would give me a rental car until it came in (every other dealership gave kind of a virtual shrug or tough luck over the phone if they didn't have the premium package model or color I was looking for....no one else seemed to look into what inventory they'd be getting). About a day after getting in touch with Ron, I was able to hash out a deal with him. I don't know that it was the cheapest I could have found, but I was more than willing to pay a few hundred dollars more to settle with a place that has good customer service and it was definitely still a fair price. I'm a bit paranoid when making purchases like this mainly over the phone (especially one so big....this was my first new car purchase) but Ron was very good about sending me the purchase price and confirming information through e-mail so I had a print copy. I only had one other dealership actually offer to do that, everyone else only wanted to make promises by phone. I was able to make my down payment while still in Michigan, and the day I moved to Houston Ron was keeping in touch with me to make sure he'd have all the paperwork and car ready by the time I got to Conroe. I got there and paperwork went pretty smoothly, car was beautiful and Ron has some great stories to keep you entertained while finance is doing their job. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the people in the finance department who helped me, but everyone was very nice and I was always welcomed in well under a minute from walking in by a receptionist or salesman (one of those little things I've come to notice after working retail management for awhile). The distance can be a little annoying (I'm driving from the inner-loop area so with traffic it can take a little over an hour), and I've had to go back once to resign some paperwork and then again to pick up my license plates. Still, I'm very happy with my decision as Ron has proven his customer service by being so helpful even after the sale was finalized. Any time I have had to drive up, Ron would make sure to have everything ready so it was a quick and easy in/out. I would definitely go back to Wiesner for a future car purchase, although I hope my car lives up to the Hyundai reputation and I won't need to replace it for many, many years! Only tip I would give is to make sure you check out the Hyundai website for the rebates they have on the car you're looking for - there was one for owning a competitor's vehicle at the time of purchase (which, basically, any non-Hyundai car is going to be a competitor) that I wasn't told about. When I mentioned it to Ron he looked through and verified it which ultimately took $500 off the purchase price, but that could have been missed if I hadn't been prepared. read more

Replaced front bumper on my Hyundai Accent due to an accident that was someone else's fault. I took it to the dealership because I thought they would do a good job being a Hyundai dealer. The other insurance company paid for rental car but because the repairs took longer than the insurance agent estimated they should, I had to pay for a week of car rental myself. The insurance company tried to work with them but the dealership would not budge. Now, I notice that the paint is peeling off of the bumper. Thomas W I purchased a Hyundai hatchback in January from Frank in new car sales. When I purchased the car I asked Frank about the lack of a spare tire, and his comment that with the road side assistance that comes with the car their world never be an instance where I would need a spare tire just the inflator in the trunk. Well let me tell you about the road side assistance that you get from this company. I had a flat on a Saturday at about 3pm I called road side I called road side assistance due to the fact the the flat was a sidewall damage. I was informed that that couldn't be fixed in the field and all service departments at all the Hyundai dealers were closed so the only thing they could do was tow the car to the nearest Hyundai dealer which the said was on 290 (more than 30) miles from where i was I informed them that there were closer dealers so the lady checked and said they could tow it to Humble which was 32 miles away. I then asked here if there wasn't a Hyundai dealer on I45 after being on hold for about 10 minutes she comes back and says yes there is a Hyundai Dealer on I45 just 6 miles from where I was located. But the only thing the tow truck was allowed to do was tow me to a Hyundai dealership. I had already checked and discount tire had the same tire in stock and could have me on the road in less than 30 minutes but the driver wasn't allowed to take the car there. He could only tow it to the dealership and leave me on the side of the road with no transportation I am 70 years old and me wife is 79 years old. They would offer no assistance in procuring transportation for either of us and told us that was our problem. When I called Wiesner and asked to speak to Frank or the Sales manager on Monday I was informed that neither Frank or the sales manager were in but the sales Manager would be in at 9am according to the nice lady who answered the phone. I have since then made no less than 4 calls leaving messages for the sales manager and have yet to receive a return call from them. I ordered a space tire for the vehicle from the parts department 12 days ago but I guess it is inconvient for them to take care of existing customers once they have made they mistake of purchasing a vehicle from this company. The thing that really makes this bad is the fact that I requested a spare and was refused.then I come to find out that a side wall split is the most common flat on this vehicle which can not be fixed by the materials you have available in the car No Jack No lug wrench No nothing to actually fix a tire is there is a problem.. read more

Bought a 2014 Veloster for my daughter. I was very pleased with the sale and the purchase price. The salesman was very polite and best of all no pressure. They even gave me a great interest rate comparable to my credit union. It fell apart after the sale. I was told that if I referred anyone and they bought a car I would get $100 referral and I did that. A friend bought the same car but I never saw the $100. I tried calling the salesman 3 times and left messages but no reply. I finally emailed the GM, then I received a reply. The salesman emailed me that they didn't tell him until after the sale and that it must be stated up front that they were referred so that the $100 COULD BE WORKED INTO THE DEAL! My friend stated they told him up front. ITS A SCAM!!! I have the email to prove it. If you refer someone, they add the $100 onto their sale to pay you. DONT REFER ANYONE! You will screw them to pay yourself. I also took the car back for service and I went to my salesman to ask a question and he acted like he didn't know me.
