we hired T&M last week to do some interior lite work, prime, paint and trim work in various rooms…read more He comes over, very polite and seemed business like. my wife showed him each space that she wanted done and what she wanted done in each space, he was taking notes. we had purchased the trim wood for one space plus additional pieces for another space. he looked at the wood and wrote it down. he gives the office person, his notes. she/they come up with $7,500.00 estimate. they phoned my wife with the estimate (nothing in writing), poor business practice. workers arrived, doing a good job, however did not put on the inside corner pieces, just a button to cover up the space. while that was going on she calls and it would cost another $2600.00 to pai nt one room . they never showed us a final estimate to verify and sign. if they had, allthis would have been avoided. as it is, they believe we won't pay any more than the $4,000.00 and they are right. he estimated wrong on the wood, nothing was given to us in writing as to what they were going to do, that cost the $7500.00. i apoligise for raining on their parade, but business wise, i am surprised they are still in business after 3 years. work wise, they have 3 good people,just need fine tuning on corner pieces. thank you, Paul Thorne.

The team is very hard working and quite polite and respectful. One big positive is that they take care of getting all the materials themselves. All we did was just look up what we liked online and send it over to Steve and he got them for the team to use/install. Payments were very easy as well. He was able to accommodate us not having checks and Zelle payments were an easy way for us to work around that. He was also very flexible in that the bank only allowed a certain amount to be paid per day so he was patient in receiving the amount. Steve also did a final walk through at the end and we identified some touch ups that needed to be made and people from his team came within a few days to make sure that was all taken care of. At the end of it all, we were very pleased with the outcome and the care put in and would recommend 680 Home Repairs if you're looking for some work done to your home.

I called AMZ and they came right over. Massis and Trevor spent several hours checking all the wiring on my panels and solar system, then recommended we reach out to PGE to check their lines. PGE took a few days then responded and told me I needed a new main panel (apparently they're the only ones who can remove the meter to check). I called AMZ but Massis was on vacation! I left a message, and Massis called me back (while out of town). Massis ordered me a new panel and reached out to the city for permitting while he was still on vacation!. Massis came back and AMZ took care of everything from ordering the parts, to permitting with the city, to coordinating with PGE. I had gone several days without power, and Massis made it a priority to get me back up and running ASAP. Finally when it was all said and done, AMZ gave me an outstanding all-in price.
