The first available time suggested didn't work with our schedule so I asked about a day two days after that and she said she couldn't look that far out so a supervisor would call me back that afternoon. But nobody did. I waited over 24 hours to call them back and there were no apologizes for not calling. I was given another day that was even earlier than the first date she suggested. We scheduled it but the morning of the appointment she called and said they had to reschedule because one of the techs had called off. That happens so we rescheduled it for a little over a week later. Nobody called the night before to confirm, which should have been my first clue, but nobody came during our two hour window. I called 45 minutes after the given window and nobody answered. I called about 5 separate times that day including leaving 1 voicemail to call me back. It's been over a week and I've called on two separate days and nobody has answer nor have they returned my call. I've even looked them up to make sure they're still in business. Will never go back again.

Excellent All Around and with over 40 years of real estate experience I have dealt with all of…read morethem. This gentleman is the best! First, he answers his phone! And after hours!! He tells you what he's going to do and he does it! He shows up on time! He is courteous & respectful. He is patient & understanding. His rate is fair. What more can you ask for?!?! Now the details.... Over this summer, a friend of mine and I were outside and he looked up and pointed out that I had quite the hornets nest brewing inside of about a 3" slit where the caulking is around the top of a large picture window is on my 3rd floor. Oh and it was very busy with them swarming it. So he came a couple of times when the sun was setting as it got cooler and crawled up and sprayed it. The second time it only made them mad enough to find a small opening on the inside of my finished third floor which has tongue & grooved knotty pine walls. The day after he did that there were at least 50 hornets on the glass window trying to escape! I just closed the door. That night when we finished a major project around 7:00, I called every major exterminator listed and got voicemail. Then I went back through and called the lessor known, starting with A#1, and after leaving 6-8 voicemails, was shocked to get a live voice. Now I had watched YouTube about how these guys remove walls & floors to remove the nests so I am thinking another huge repair expense. But after speaking with Devin, he assured me he would not be removing any walls or floors, I said ok please come. And he kind of made me laugh a little because he said something like well the sooner you let me off the phone the sooner I can get there. And so he was here precisely the time he said. It took about two hours to fully combat this nest because of the location but he got it in the first time. He assured me he did but also offered that he would come back at no charge if I had any further issues. I didn't . I'm glad it took 2 hours because we got to talk and share our lives a little bit and Devin is a really nice man I consider a new friend. I thank the Lord for sending him my way and was more than happy to pay his fair bill. I highly recommend this company!

Overall, a great experience. The work was explained well, and executed professionally. I would definitely recommend and rehire. A groundhog dug a 12" hole on the side of my home and that is what led me to call Critter Control of Carlisle. During the initial visit it was explained to me that most likely the groundhog was using my bottom deck as a pass-through and then looking for a better hiding place... and he decided to dig a hole. The hole was not used by the groundhog! I asked about preventative measures to seal off the deck so that I would not have any more critters. It was explained to me that the best way to handle my situation was to have "no dig fencing" installed around the perimeter of the deck. I agreed to the price given and the scope of work. Today, August 22nd, there was a groundhog in the trap and Nate installed the "no dig fencing" leaving one trap attached to the deck to see if any other groundhogs are under the deck. Tuesday the trap will be taken away and fencing will be placed in that open area. Without a doubt call Critter Control of Carlisle! (717) 810-6922
