Overall, a great experience. The work was explained well, and executed professionally. I would definitely recommend and rehire. A groundhog dug a 12" hole on the side of my home and that is what led me to call Critter Control of Carlisle. During the initial visit it was explained to me that most likely the groundhog was using my bottom deck as a pass-through and then looking for a better hiding place... and he decided to dig a hole. The hole was not used by the groundhog! I asked about preventative measures to seal off the deck so that I would not have any more critters. It was explained to me that the best way to handle my situation was to have "no dig fencing" installed around the perimeter of the deck. I agreed to the price given and the scope of work. Today, August 22nd, there was a groundhog in the trap and Nate installed the "no dig fencing" leaving one trap attached to the deck to see if any other groundhogs are under the deck.
