Ever since they changed being able to schedule directly with the technician, it has become a mess trying to get consistent information. When I call the 877 number it says "welcome to Bug-Out". What is that??? (They don't seem to know either.) When they call me, the ID is from Terminix. Are you Ehrlich, Bug-Out, Terminix, or Rentinol??? We are scheduled quarterly for service, but receive NO NOTICE when they are coming. Have asked repeatedly for at least a weeks notice, but NOTHING. When I called last week, they said the tech was coming in the afternoon. When I called today to verify, they said he was coming in the morning. Thank goodness the tech gave us his number so we can verify times with him. Also just found out they are no longer scheduling our "regular tech" to come. WHY???? We have had the same tech for years. Apparently I have to call and ASK for the guy who has become very familiar with our home. There are so many numbers to call, yet no one seems to know what is going on.
