The birds were able to pull the mesh out. Len installed aluminum frames around the shutters, custom cut to fill in the gaps. He cleaned the shutters of the bird poo, pulled out the existing mesh and bird nests, and cleaned behind the shutters. His painting of the aluminum frames matched the existing color of the shutters. He was at our home for 1 1/2 days. Price was reasonable, especially for the quality of his workmanship.
