This particular area was hard to see since it was located on a hallow space above the window, that did not have access through our attic. Rick was out to do an inspection the same day we contacted him and came back the next day to do the treatment. He had completed a treatment to get the situation under control before any other pest company would even have been able to come out to inspect. We had shutters on the windows in the front of our house which had a stone facade. The birds were able to pull the mesh out. Len installed aluminum frames around the shutters, custom cut to fill in the gaps. He cleaned the shutters of the bird poo, pulled out the existing mesh and bird nests, and cleaned behind the shutters. His painting of the aluminum frames matched the existing color of the shutters. He was at our home for 1 1/2 days. Price was reasonable, especially for the quality of his workmanship. Len is a one-person business so the client needs to be flexible relative to timing and responsiveness to any texts or emails. The quality of his work makes up for this!
