They have head quarters in Reading but they service South Philly as well! Ehrlich answered the phone promptly and the great Alana gave us all the information we needed! She started with the importance of roach care and why a recall maintenance schedule is recommended. She even gave us a discount! Their services are Green and all pet and human friendly. We were concerned for the small dog and asthma related issues from the chemicals but they are a green and pet friendly service! No fumes for roaches! We called on Thursday and they had an agent available the next day! Chris will be our agent! We were given a two hour window for his arrival. And we will always have the same agent. They even service Starbucks! Happy to be on the road to roach recovery.
