Let me just say - the other service came out TWICE and did nothing but lay bait stations. I asked if they would search for and seal up holes to stop the mice for getting in and out and they told me they didn't find any holes. Ok. After having them come out twice and still not seeing any results, over a period of 5 months - I came across this place. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path. I'm glad to have found them!

We have been a customer of Tele-Pest for the past 35 years…read more They have treated our property for mice, fleas, and other insects. We called them after we got pets and had a flea problem. That was when we started their service, and we have never stopped their service. I can say we have not had any of these pests for over 34 years due to their treatment. They use a product that is pet and child friendly. Our basement is free of bugs, spiders, mice, and other insects. They have always been professional, trust-worthy, and very easy to work with. They have the best prices in the business, do an excellent job, and have the same employees for all those years. I would definitely recommend them as the best extermination service in the area. Rick of Truly Nolan of New Holland was outstanding. I honestly don't know what we would have done…read morewithout him. We were very concerned out when our tenant told us he thought he had bed bugs. Rick was out to do an inspection the same day we contacted him and came back the next day to do the treatment. He had completed a treatment to get the situation under control before any other pest company would even have been able to come out to inspect. He explained everything about the treatment plan to us very clearly and made us feel much better about the situation. Rick felt like a great ally during a very stressful time. His confidence, ability to describe how his treatment works, and his high level of customer service was a huge help. He was very patient and answered all of my questions, even if I asked a million of them. He was great at communicating...easy to get in touch with and always available to speak. Rick really went above and beyond to help us. When he arrived for his follow up inspection and treatment, it turned out our tenant hadn't properly prepped the house so he was unable to do the full treatment. Rick offered to come back when the house could be treated properly at no extra cost to us because he said the treatment wouldn't work right since the house wasn't prepped. I don't think you'd find too many people who would be willing to do that since he lost all that time coming out. I thought it was a really honorable thing to do and we really appreciated it. He is just extremely fair and honest. You can tell he really cares about his job and about helping his customers. Rick's pricing was also very fair overall. In addition to giving us very good pricing on the bed bug treatment, he was also able to treat a small ant problem and gave us a very good price on that since he was already at the house. To sum it up, with Rick at Truly Nolan you get top notch service, good pricing, very professional service, helpful communication, and generally a really nice guy. I know I said it before, but you can tell he cares about his work and the people he works with and really wants to help people. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Ever since they changed being able to schedule directly with the technician, it has become a mess trying to get consistent information. When I call the 877 number it says "welcome to Bug-Out". We are scheduled quarterly for service, but receive NO NOTICE when they are coming. Have asked repeatedly for at least a weeks notice, but NOTHING. When I called last week, they said the tech was coming in the afternoon. When I called today to verify, they said he was coming in the morning. Thank goodness the tech gave us his number so we can verify times with him. Also just found out they are no longer scheduling our "regular tech" to come. WHY???? We have had the same tech for years. Apparently I have to call and ASK for the guy who has become very familiar with our home. There are so many numbers to call, yet no one seems to know what is going on. I am POSITIVE the techs are as tired of this as we are! DO BETTER EHRLICH... or whoever you are.

Then explained that bees die when they cannot go outside. Something made them move from original nest and they discovered my nice warm basement but they died when they could not get out.
